Great location for downtown activities, 24 hour gym, nice rooms

Location is good. Noisy climate system. Lobby bar is nice. Rooms very tired. Complete refurbished necessary.

It was amazing the front dest attendant Scott gave us a upgrade to celebrate our anniversary to a executive suite room. Very good customer service support.

Front desk and associated personnel such as valet parking attendant were all very polite and cheerful.

usually the rooms, hallways and the hotel are great. this time, i was put on the 13th floor and the room and hallways were in poor condition, old, in need of updating in to rhe 1990s.

Very poor stay. Best part of the experience at The Antlers was the view of the mountain. Staff was extremely unhelpful. The room I stayed in was dirty. The bathroom shower vent was caked with dust and debris. There were marks over the walls, various in color. Some brown,m, red, and yellow. There were cable dangling from the TV, and cables ripped out of the wall. When brought to the front desk’s attention, the gentleman checking me out only responded with “I’ll have an engineer look at that”. There was not one thank you or courtesy of any kinda. Horrible experience.

The hotel looks under the radar as we came into town. The inside was unbelievable! Old vs Modern at its best! Wide open lobby with old world charm. Rooms were modern with extremely comfortable bedding. Well done Wyndom!

The history of hotel and Mountain View from room was fantastic. We were there for an overnight. Rick, bartender makes really good old fashioned .

Great location, beautiful hotel.

I loved our stay but we were charged 330 dollars when quoted by Expedia for 190 a night. I understand there are fees and a 19 fee for parking but that doesn’t explain 140 dollars more. Also the hot tub was broken and our TVs didn’t work. The staff was nice but our stay was not worth the price.

Good value

The AC did not work properly. We reported it, they thought they fixed it, but it continued to blow hot air. We asked housekeeping to replenish our room. I even tipped her $10. She did not clean or replenish our room. I was not pleased.

This hotel is great! Love the dog park and the breakfast plus the proximity to downtown. Also appreciate the style and comfort!

The indoor pool and hot tub were out of order. We walked all the way down to it, to find that out. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. It was so windy you could hear it through the holes in the window pane. I left clothing in the room. I called them to let them know and they never got back to me.
