Very nice and accommodating to my dog. Food services was very good.

We checked in and was told because we used Expedia, we had to buy some in order for our credit card to be recognized and used for the $50 security deposit. Now this is strange. The next morning around 4:30am someone one was trying to get into our room. Thank goodness my husband always puts the extra latch on the door. The front desk said the girl that checked us in didn’t do it right and so, it looked like no one was in the room. Talk about negligence. Just be aware to put your latch on at night.

Great location and convenient for our travels up north on our way to Maine.

There were no keys to enter the room in order to get into your room. You had ask and employee to let you in and then go up to your room and wait!!! They said they were doing their best to get it rectified but then I found out that there was no key entry to the rooms for a week!! The air conditioner did not work in my room. I let them know and they said they would send somebody up to look at it. I get back to my room after being at the field all day and still the air conditioning didn’t work!!!!!!

Key readers to enter room do not work, had multiple issues getting into my room late at night. Staff was helpful but having to go to the front desk everytime you want to enter your room is a nuisance.

This hotel is not a 4 or 5 star, this barely squeezes in at 3 star. Needs a tremendous renovation. Rooms, common areas are dark and dreary. The typical highway motel - bed and shower.

Our experience was exceptionally pleasant, as the staff at the front desk graciously went above and beyond by offering us a complimentary breakfast meal, which added a delightful touch to our stay.

Everyone was friendly and helpful, would come back any time.

The pool is closed and that was one of the whole reasons we picked this hotel. That and the bar.

The room had a big window water leak. The whole room was flooded middle of the night. Poor property maintenance
