Great location, friendly staff, parking, lovely style. Rec’d accessible room if any issues stepping into a tub to shower. It was high and no hand rail.

This was the worst kimpton hotel I have ever stayed at. Clearly the hotel star system is a scam since there’s no way this is a 4-star hotel — there were like no amenities and the towels also smelled awful. Also, not sure if it was only due to the world cup game but the restaurant in the kimpton was always so busy that it was impossible to order take out or room service. Then I ordered door dash instead and it got stolen probably by another guest in the hotel which was ridiculous. Front desk was unhelpful since they said they don’t monitor the food delivery drop off (mind you this occurred at 11pm at night so it’s not like there’s much foot traffic in the lobby) and they don’t allow delivery to the hotel room door.

Pleasant stay, convenient location, and very yummy coffee!

Staff was extremely friendly, coffee station was always stocked with muffins, water and delicious coffee (not your usual weak hotel coffee). Great location and easy, 2 min walk to the TTC station. Restaurant on site, the Fortunate Fox, had the best food. Highly recommend the wagyu bolognese! Definitely bring a charging block as there are no USB plugs in the room. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Modern, clean hotel! Rooms were quiet, staff helpful. Complimentary coffee each morning in lobby and happy hour drinks each night! Great stay!

Beautiful space, close to everything

Beautifully kept. Spacious. Perfect amenities (thank you - everything smelled so good!). Instructions left by video for everything that could have raised a question. Perfect location (just outside Portree - so isolated, surrounded by scenery and calm, but a two minute drive to everything in town. The trails around were much loved for morning runs. And very central to all our day trips (Storr, Tallisker, fairy Pool, Dunvegan, Quiraing, Eilean Donan). Highly recommend.

I travelled to Toronto for a work trip and had a great stay at the Kimpton. The location was perfect for me, the room was clean and spacious and I loved the complimentary coffee and wine in the lobby. I would stay here again when visiting Toronto!

Had a really great first stay at the Kimpton. The hotel and rooms are beautiful - great location a bit out of the core of downtown, and super friendly staff who went above and beyond to make my stay great! Would 100% recommend and stay again.
