Location near Métropolitain, easy to get on and off.

It was clean and well located

The staff was great and the location wasn't bad, it was close to dining options. The only complaint was the highway noise

The new part is really nice.

A perfectly cromulent hotel if you have to stay in this area of the city. It's not anywhere near downtown or any tourist attractions but sometimes you have business or family or some sporting event in the area. The rooms and the hotel are clean and well maintained. Certainly a better option than anything else in the area. Really can't say anything negative about it. I appreciated my time here.

For 3 days repeatedly NO TOWELS to shower NO ROOM cleaning NO SHEETS replaced on bed Very very very disappointed Lack of service staff A complain will be put through Expedia Never ever did it happen even when i travelled to Africa.

Really comfortable and quiet

The hotel is perfectly located to the major roads and shopping. The front-desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. We have stayed numerous times because our family lives in the area. We would like to keep coming back - only if a serious updating is done. The bathrooms especially. It has the lowest toilets I have ever seen - you are nearly on the ground. This is not good for folks like me with spinal/back issues. Also, the bathroom could use a nightlight. The tub had a crack in it which they tried to hide by placing a towel over the area. The bed had a sunken mattress with a fissure in the middle. It would be nice to have a safe in the room. Overall, this hotel needs a make-over - it is just drab.

Overall a nice experience. Staff is very good. Easy check in check out. The rooms are tidy. Just one point. Should have included the breakfast in the price
