I reservd a King suite, I waited about 10 mins at the counter before I was helped, the cust serv rep told me I would get an upgrade for the wait.Well I didn’t get a upgrade RM818 is a King suite I called the front desk to inquire “No answer!” I went to the front desk to ask about the upgrade the young black male told me my upgrade was from the 2nd floor to the 8th floor in this “UPGRADED” room the shower had numerous hairs on the floor & walls, the ceiling over the bed looked like it would cave in (bubble size) ! Pool wasn’t in service no mention online or in hotel we went to enjoy the pool only to find out no water in the pool. Last but not least as I’m checking out I asked (Cheryl) front desk mgr if I could have the special brown bag they have lined up since I didn’t get one when I checked in, she said oh that’s for our platinum guest but I guess you can have one …it contained a small size water, plain chips and a child’s size fruit gummy bears (For Platinum guest?) I’ve been coming to the Sheraton Suites Plantation for over 20 years never had service/treatment this bad !
