We only stayed for one night but we were very impressed by all of the amenities. We enjoyed the complimentary happy hour and breakfast and got to use the pool and hot tub. The only negative thing was the pull out bed wasn't very comfortable, otherwise we had a very positive experience and would totally stay here again.

The hotel staff were friendly. The place was clean,comfy,and gave a good breakfast. I love the fact that they give you free drink tokens during Happy Hour. I would definitely stay again.

Needs more cleanliness. Room was cleaned with do not disturb sign posted.

When I went to take a shower there was 4-5 long woman’s hairs in the tub

Wonderful family stay. Right on top of metro line and happy hour perks for the whole family. Breakfast was very good with a lot of high quality options

It’s just simply convenient for family

Room was very spacious. Some reviews stated it needed to be updated which is true. The bedroom looked more updated than the living area. The bathroom too needs an upgrade. The small kitchenette was useful. Breakfast was ok. Its close to a small mall. Wholefoods market is also close. Tv is basic cable. You need to pay for current content.

This property is a bit run down for Hilton level, need better cleaning

Generally, it’s a good spot. I’ve stayed here before. Good space with a living area and a separate bedroom. But the fact that virtually none of the bedside plugs that are embedded into lamps work so that you can charge your phone is a huge problem. Replace them already.

I was very impressed with the warm greeting I received on every level. From the front desk, to the breakfast servers, to everyone I encountered. It was wonderful. I enjoyed the hot breakfast and also the managers reception that was a nice start and finish to my busy day

Great location Great room Great Amenities I asked for extra towels, pillows blanket at checking in. I had to go get them myself by bedtime that night, no one brought them. But ..... We enjoyed everything!!! Would go back !!

The Front Desk staff was incredible. They went above and beyond in helping us feel welcome and decreased our stress level "in the city" We were ready to leave and they tried to help us in every way manage the parking, the carts, the multiple elevators. They were priceless. The breakfast staff was also 100% welcoming and helpful complete with smiles and extra care.

Everything was great loved it all

I stay with my kids for one night and I booked a room for five people two adults three kids the room description two queen, bed, one sofa bed. The queen beds are small only for one adult the sofa bed was uncomfortable and dirty. Looks like it was never cleaned up.
