El personal fue muy bueno. El personal de recepción y del vestíbulo fue excelente. El personal del desayuno fue excelente, especialmente la chica joven. La chica de la limpieza del quinto piso fue excelente: eficiente, educada e hizo un buen trabajo. La principal preocupación es la seguridad de las lámparas de noche y el secador de pelo. En Inglaterra se considerarían peligrosos. En resumen, una buena estancia de tres semanas. Gracias. Staff were very good. Front desk and foyer staff very good. Breakfast staff excellent especially the young girl. Cleaning girl excellent. Efficient, polite, did a good job. Main concern is the safety of the bedside lights and hair drier. In England they would be classed as dangerous. Overall, a good three week stay. Thank you

The room was massive, however, first time ever I had to make my bed in hotel 😅 I don't mind but it was strange to arrive to a room with pillows and covers on sides. The parking is super disorganised but I'll let it slide

Everything was above and beyond our expectations, whenever I have the pleasure to come back to Bogotá, for sure I'll stay here again, the staff, the food, location, the room, everything was excellent. I highly recommend staying here.

Decent for ocean front at affordable rate.

I really wanted to give this place a 5 star review because it was a great location and spacious. It had a kitchen, living room, and bedroom as well as a huge patio. Everyone was extremely nice. Water pressure was phenomenal and great hot water. The reason for the 4 stars, was the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Almost as if it was really old. It had a lot of sag in it and actually messed up my back and hips. I had to see a chiropractor my last day there because i was in so much pain due to the bed. If they would update the beds this place would be perfect. Also investing in a smart tv would be great, i don't watch a lot of tv when im on vacation but i doggo like it in the evenings and also to watch my sports teams. Other than that i would highly recommend them if they updated the beds. But i wouldn't stay here again unless i knew they were updated. Maybe it was just my room but i doubt it. I was in Rm 207 if that helps anyone.

El hotel esta muy bien cuidado y en una ubicación maravillosa para acceder a todos los lugares que se desee. El desayuno puede mejorar en relación a la variedad de los quesos y carnes frías. Tratar de colocar un hornito para calentar los panes que no van al tostador. En general el personal muy amable y atento. La pasamos excelente.

Room was not what I expected, felt dated, not the best view, breakfast felt very limited options. Staff was very nice and attentive.

Es un apto., no está bien para personas en sillas de ruedas y hay mobiliario que sobra o es muy grande. La comida está bien, el personal es amable y cordial. No atienden muy eficazmente, pero intentan resolver de la mejor manera. Lo de baño accesible es terrible y cuestiones con la usabilidad.

I highly recommend this place for first-time visitors to Bogotá. It’s located in a safe and convenient neighborhood. You will have internet access, TV, a sauna, jacuzzi, a small gym and a 24/7 room service. You can easily get around the city using public transportation, or simply order an Uber or taxi right from the front of the hotel.
