The hotel was superb. It is in easy walking distance to several beaches, the old city, and the harbor with its many nice ocean front bars and neighborhoods. We had booked a room with ocean view, and it did not disappoint. The breakfast buffet was excellent and plentiful. The hotel is clean, the staff was courteous, the pool area was very nice, and the hotel bar was well equipped. We would stay here again any time.

From the moment we arrived, to the morning we left we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The room was perfect, with a great shower room, very comfortable bed and view. The buffet breakfast had just about everything you could ask for and again the staff were always friendly and professional. The location of the hotel was perfect for the beach and town. When we returned to our room the chamber staff had ensured are room was as clean and tidy as it was on our first day. Another person on holiday asked why we hadn’t chosen an Air B&B, but we would never have got the high class of service and all the above mentioned service. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so special and we will be sure to be returning.

Perfect location walkable to all the happenings and beaches but far enough away to get a good night sleep. Beautiful location, great rooms and staff. Food was delicious!

Nice and lean property just by the beach but walking distance to centre. The only negative thing I can think of is that the coffee shop doesn’t open until 9. It’s quite a walk to the nearest other coffee shop.

Staff were all very courteous and helpful. I was departing very early in the morning and the staff put together a breakfast bag for me to take with me, this was lovely. Breakfast in the dining room was amazing, lots to choose from. Overall this hotel was great.

The property was very clean and modern and the staff was incredibly attentive. Our view from our balcony was absolutely incredible. And we were able to watch the sunrise from it. It wasn’t the closest Walt to the center of town but also wasn’t too far.

The location was a short walk from the town Centre and had a nice pool. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Alex on reception who was very warm and welcoming upon arrival.

The rooms were comfortable, and very dark and quiet for sleep, great balcony and great shower with an area to dry bathing suits. Loved the restaurant by the pool and the staffs were amazing.

The receptionist called Faus was excellent. He organised a great room 271 for us. Unfortunately the Aircon didn’t work properly and the room was very hot. Housekeeping sent an engineer who replaced the filter and he told us that the room would cool down in 30 minutes. We went out for dinner and came back at eleven to a very hot and stuffy room. After enduring an uncomfortable night I told the female receptionist about the Aircon when we were checking out in the morning. She couldn’t have cared less. I also emailed the Melia hotel and haven’t heard back. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.
