Room was clean

That's not a 4*s hotel. Room was in poor shape, drapes dirty and the fabric torn in curtains showing like a waste house. In the bathroom the wood of the door was rotten .... very sad ...

Staff, cleanliness of room and breakfast could be better.

Love & Hate relation with this hotel. Although is a great property, very central location and the nicest staff; the zone is very unsafe, almost no eating options and the room wasn't clean enough. This hotel have a great potential.

Check in was terrible

Great location- steps from Metro and easy walking to many downtown sights. The restaurant was great, large portions! The front desk staff was helpful and polite.

Razoável. O quarto standart é muito ruim. As cortinas rasgadas, não tinha espaço nem para as malas. Banheiro sem ventilação. Barulho na rua e nos corredores. A única coisa que vale a pena é a localização.

This is a basic. The room is a bit old, but it is convenient. The hotel is located in the Paris-Londres Barrio, and is near a subway station, which is very convenient.

My room was older with fixtures from another decade. However the room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the shower hot. The breakfast offered had many offerings. I did wish for a drinking glass in my room. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff here is SO kind. The breakfast buffet is terrific. They are very accommodating with leaving luggage at the front desk when you arrive early and when you check out. This hotel is minutes from the Metro and in walking distance of everything in el Centro and Lastarria.

The property is situated Down town Santiago. Walking distance to lots places of places of interest. The staff was very helpful. Specially Crystal & Brian.

This is an Amazing place. Just 2 blocks away from San Pedro town center. The staff was wonderful, specially Joseph who provided all the information relating to places of interest in Atacama. Also helping to get the on line tickets for the hot springs in Purniima.
