Food was good variety, fresh coffee, bed comfortable, clean room, safe environment, friendly and professional staff, easy parking, convenient location.

This was a pleasant surprise! The check in staff was phenomenal and I cannot say enough good about him! I had messed up and reserved the wrong day and he fixed it without a bunch of drama! He was so great! The room was clean and comfortable as well! I can highly recommend!

Hard to get the door to unlock with the Key Card, spongy floor, mold on the bathroom ceiling and the air conditioner did not keep up with set temperature in the entire room.

I paid a $50 deposit for the stay. I still haven’t received the money back on my account.

Hotel itself was very clean and comfortable, however, the room itself was a bit lacking. The carpet was pretty dirty leaving our feet/socks black, the shower water pressure made it difficult to get clean and the air conditioning would not properly cool the room below 75-78 degrees. Other than that the staff was fantastic, complimentary breakfast was decent and the pool area was clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay again, but would probably ask for a nicer room next time.

The breakfast was good; especially the hot food options of eggs, bacon or sausage, and waffles. Our room was spacious and clean. The bathroom had ample space on the counter to put your stuff and a large mirror. The bed was comfortable. Nice staff. Will stay there again!

Clean rooms and good breakfast. We would stay here again. Price was fair and the location was good.

We stayed at eight hotels this trip and Sleep Inn Provo was the best by far. I found nothing wrong. We were early, about a half-hour before check-in time. No Problem. Nice BIG room, big soft bed, big TV, big tub. The Mrs. liked the layout: the vanity/sink wasn't in the same room as the toilet. We went to the pool, and it too was excellent; sparkling clean, not too cold (and deserted). The hot tub actually worked! Big cabana towels too. This area has a multitude of healthy-food restaurants that we don't have at home. An upscale experience at a bargain rate. Nice.

On my trips to and from Wyoming, I always like to stay at this hotel. It doesn't hurt that Sizzler is close by. :)

Very nice

My wife and I stayed 3 days here and enjoyed it thoroughly. It is an amazing price and it had everything we needed. It was clean, and the staff was great.

The property is an older place, but it was super clean. We were there for 3 nights, and staff made sure our room had what it needed. Breakfast was a good hotel breakfast, hot and fresh. All and all a good hotel to stay at.

This was the best stay I've had in a long time! Driving up to the property you notice the cleanliness of the property & the well cared for plants/flowers, the grass was beautiful and green. As soon as you walk in your greeted with a smile & a hello. The air smells like cookies (which are baked daily and free to enjoy in the lobby) Checking in was fast & simple thanks to the front desk staff. Our room was cozy, quiet and clean! The breakfast served daily was perfect, it was delicious & filling especially that waffle machine I couldn't get enough of the strawberry flavor waffles. The beautiful lady who prepared & cleaned daily was amazing she made us feel welcomed and the food was perfect. I'll definitely be coming back to this hotel everyone here is amazing and made us feel comfortable and welcome.

It was fine for an inexpensive hotel. We slept fine and the breakfast was fine. A few things that brought my rating down: 1) there was mold all around the edges of the bathroom ceiling 2) there’s a strong smell of marijuana when you first walk in. It was there every time we walked in the front doors 3) housekeeping left our door ajar one day, so we came back after all day away from the hotel to find our door open. Fortunately we had all our valuables with us, but it was unsettling.

The property was clean & the room was just right for 2 people. We had a problem with the a/c though. Our room was warm. We called the reception to ask them to check the a/c. They couldn’t fix since it had ice buildup. Good thing, they let us use an electric fan.

Clean, pool spa quiet

The staff were friendly and helpful. It was coveniently located. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was great with plenty of options (bacon, eggs, waffles, juice, yogurt, etc)

The property is very old on the inside. The electronic door lock only worked every 3rd or 4th try, the shower door didn’t stay closed, the toilet was hard to flush. The breakfast was also pretty bad. The pool was really clean & well maintained.
