Coffee and tea in rooms and a liter of water would of made a huge difference was a big disappointment not being able to make a cup of coffee or tea in my room and room service hours were horrible

Great hotel and recently renovated. Free and paid parking option in the back of hotel.

The food at this hotel was absolutely 10/10. The service and every employee was 10/10. Everything about this hotel was 10/10. Eco friendly, helpful, comfortable, aesthetic, parking. I would definitely return.

A great place to stay, spacious room

Skip the buffet breakfast. Coffee is not drinkable. Eggs had a very strange taste (when they had some available). Really below standard. Just eat somewhere else.

A nice hotel, massively

Nice lobby, bar area. Bar staff were great. Indifferent staff on reception. Booked a junior suite, given a standard room until challenged. Room then changed to as booked. Room large but bland/ utility. A/C loud but infective. Bed hard. Petty charges for more than two coffee pods and water. Location near to a large hospital. It was a distance from University/town centre, uber/ bolt car share very good. Secure car park available challengingly for anything other than a small car.

Not in a very good condition. The bed is very hard impossible to sleep on it. The hotel does not give the option to make coffee or tea in room. No conditioner for the hair. It’s not a 4 star hotel at all

A bit far out of town - but thankfully taxis are easy. Nice hotel with a cool bar, but the room was dull. The breakfast was also basic - plastic food, low quality in my view.

The only detractor was the eggs at breakfast. They tasted like they were reconstituted or they had too much milk added t them. The beds were very comfortable.
