Very comfortable stay, good room and the staff were excellent. We will be stopping here again in the future.

Nice hotel. Only one downside, no lift. So heavy bags up the stairs. Should have been built with a lift

Good comfortable hotel. Great care taken with cleanliness and Covid safety. Staff friendly and helpful. We had an excellent evening meal with good wine in a pleasant courtyard within the hotel grounds....just what was needed after a long journey! Good price too!

very hard to access and find this hotel. rooms are very small .the smallest i've seing in my all professionnal life of 40years. corners in bathroom somewhat cleaned!!.

I was really happy with my short stay at the Ibis Compiègne. The hotel itself was very comfortable and the service was excellent. Highly recommended.

This was a single overnight stay and was very enjoyable. Dinner and breakfast were good with plenty of choice at reasonable prices. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My personal preference would be for tea and coffee to be available in the rooms. Parking is plentiful and the hotel, although appearing to be tucked away, is easy to find and not too distant from the A1.

Just be carefull with the billing process, they charged my college the breakfast twice, and they charged it for me also twice, they say they can not provide an invoice about it so now I can not get a refund from my company, they have really bad service at the reception. They were also charging a drink that I did not have to my room, so if you dont review your bill they can charge you more than the necessary.

Exactly what you would expect. A business hôtel so location appropriate but unexciting... clean and tidy but very standard. Helpful staff

Staff very helpful & obliging

I stayed in Ibis hotels before but so far this one was definitely the worse. And the thing is, you can live with it. Firstly, the hotel is far from everything (bars, restaurants, city centre etc) if you don't have a car. Fortunately I did. Secondly the place where it is looks like a council estate, definitely wouldn't go there if I was a tourist, but I was there for work. Thirdly the hotel itself just looks tired. Could do with a bit of TLC since the last renovation must have been quite a while ago. For breakfast there was a disappointingly few choice, no soft cheese (not the first time in France). I sat at the bar once to try their beer but it was so bad a never went back although I was there for a week. Btw the wardrobe is "open style" without doors and in my opinion is only enough for two nights the most. That, if you're on your own, no misses. Once you close your internet browser chances are that you'll have to go through login procedure again... painful. Room was ok, but small, no tea/coffee maker, no minibar. Two English speaking channels, one of which is BBC News. One (maybe only?) positive about this hotel, that the staff is nice.

Amazing experience but no room service, and this bothers a little bit.

It was a really lovely hotel and the staff were all very pleasant. My only feedback is that it didn't have a lift and it made it a bit more challenging to carry all the luggage up the stairs with the children. Other wise great place.

Perfect place for our family visit to Compiegne before morning drive to airport. Comfortable beds, clean room, modern feel. Short drive to beautiful historic downtown and to WWI Armistice museum.

The hotel is difficult to find initially and the accommodation is rather basic and unattractive. The double bedroom we had was very small and it was difficult for two adults to move around the room easily. However, the hotel does have free, off-street parking, free wi-fi and a restaurant. It was good to find that the hotel served food on a Sunday evening, even if there was only a limited selection of food available. The choice of food for breakfast was very disappointing. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

I had a great stay, and especially enjoyed the youthful and very helpful staff!

Beds lovely, location - in the middle of a French housing estate, but take the paperwork with you otherwise they will attempt to charge you for the room again.

Un parking gratuit. Un accueil correct en arrivant. Belle deco du lobby. Toujours un lit confortable. MAIS, pour une chambre minuscule avec une baignoire d'un autre temps le tout pour un prix de nuitée injustifié. Et avec ça en partant, un simple au revoir chez Ibis on ne prend même plus la peine de dire "merci de votre visite, bonne journée, à bientôt " Peut être qu'il faut payer encore plus cher. Je comprends mieux pourquoi j'ai réduit de 90% mes fréquentations ACCOR.
