Fabulous stay! Everything you could possibly need for your stay!

The room was nice. The view was awesome.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff were very courteous when we arrived and checked in. The room was very quaint and clean with a great view of the harbor. We would definitely rebook if we come back to St John’s.

The room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, but they didn’t refill the tissues, the shower gel, and the coffee maker didn’t work well.

It was a clean, comfortable hotel. On-site restaurant has delicious food and the Harbourview from the room was worth the additional cost.

The property is very well situated to the main streets in downtown St John’s. The rooms have wonderful views of the harbour. The rooms are clean and the amenities in the room are up to date. The staff were very pleasant to deal with and quickly responded to our requests.

This is second time staying there, beautiful location and perfect place to stay.

It took way too long to check in. The girl wasn't at the front desk, she was talking to someone, and we had to wait quite a while. Then when we found out that we were far away from each other, we had to ask if there was rooms close together. Adventully she was able to put us on the same floor. We booked this 5 months ago, so because we booked 2 rooms at the same time, don't you think that we would want to be close together...... It's not rocket science.

Had an excellent stay. Very clean, beautiful, spacious, and it got me hooked on Evelyn & Crabtree toiletries.

Nice place to stay. But do not happy to pay the parking in the property

The location of this hotel was great for exploring downtown St John's. We were able to walk to the popular spots. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and welcoming. Would stay here again.

Only stayed for one night. Rooms are not sound proof like advertised. Can hear every door open and close in the hallway - people coming and going in a hotel is always a thing, so having more sound proofing at the door would be helpful. Our bathtub also dripped the entire night. A few minor tweaks could really bring this property to the next level.

We loved this hotel! Very central and easy to walk to local restaurants and shops. The restaurant in the hotel (Little Sparo) was delicious! Staff at both the hotel and restaurant were very friendly and welcoming! Would recommend.
