This is my first time staying here and I will definitely stay again The hotel is conveniently located The staff were very friendly The hotel was clean and comfortable

My son and I really enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and clean. Every front desk person we encountered was so friendly and helpful.

Staff was very welcoming. No complaints.

Very clean and quiet with helpful staff. Breakfast was good. Only downfall was the shower/tub took a while to drain and stood in water while showering.

Holiday Inn Express has become my first choice to consider when booking. Comfortable and great value. I liked the Waltham property and would stay here again.

Quiet area, near stores and restaurants

Everything is great and clean. In the bathroom, everything is clean and everything works. I recommend this hotel.

I haven't stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in many years. It was convenient to I-95 and we could use back roads to get to restaurants to avoid high traffic areas. Our third floor room was quiet (despite being by the elevator) and a nice view a distance away of the Cambridge Reservoir as the sun was setting. Negatives: requested an adjoining room when I called the hotel and to be on the upper floors, neither was initially granted, but the desk clerk was able to change us to two rooms on separate floors. The free breakfast was OK, but the seating area was very small. Each day we brought our breakfast up to our room to eat. Six floors with one elevator. Housekeepers were nice and accommodating.

Our favorite part was the amazing breakfast buffet each morning. Thank you to your staff! You guys do a wonderful job!

Clean just like advertised.

Very comfortable room. Appreciate coffee and tea available in lobby free. Poor attention to hot water for tea. Only 1 elevator for entire building

You get a good solid stay as expected at Holiday Inn Express. Room and beds are comfortable --- not luxury mind you, but good enough to pass the night during travel and catch a good night's sleep. I really like the breakfast buffet --- basic but substantial and good quality. In fact I've stayed at castles which were only slightly better (for multiple times the price)
