I stayed at this property over night with my 3 kids because it was close to airport and we had a 5:15am flight. The was loud music coming from rooms and the room next to ours all night long. We woke up at 3:30am to get ready for flight and heard the people in the room loudly having sex. My children heard it. I would not recommend staying here with children. I am a single female parent and didn’t feel comfortable confronting to tell them to stop and no one was on duty at desk. Didn’t sleep at all on top of kids hearing sex noises. Awful

My family and I came to visit Seaside and decided to stay at this hotel as it was convenient for us. The room was for the most part clean but the restroom was dirty with marks on the walls. The room walls are thin so we could hear the loud snoring coming from the room next to us. The hotel lost power from 1:45pm until almost 6pm. No one came to address the issue nor tell us when the power would be back on. The room smelt of cigarettes when it’s supposed to be a non-smoking hotel. The parking was great but a lot of sketchy people around all the time. Definitely will not be staying here again.

Nate was a great help!!! He was also very friendly and indulged us crazy women in a conversation. The hotel was super cute looking. LOVED the color.

It’s clean

This hotel is in a very very noisy area a good distance outside the main area of Monterey. The staff locked me out of my room after the first for no apparent reason. The area around this hotel is sketchy tho I did find the best Chinese restaurant called Lucky Bamboo. I’d come to this restaurant again but not this hotel. Room was clean tho.

The room was exactly as advertised. Not very spacious but affordable and clean. They didn't offer as many options for bfast as other hotels but it was fine.

It was just average but decent for the price. I would stay here again.

The hotel advertised on line as a Best Western. It is only affiliated in some legal way as one. Operationally, professionally, and administratively and does not meet the standard of a Best Western. There was a toilet plunger laying on the side of a building facing the street next to room, the eating area was about an 8x10 with a sesting capacity of 3 to 4 people. They served eggo waffles. The bedding was old, the sheets seemed not throughly clean. The ac/heating was about 30 years old with dusty vents.

Someone’s smoke detector was chirpping every 45 seconds from the moment we entered the room. They replaced the battery in ours, but could not locate the source! Terrible time trying to sleep.

Called the customer service for late check in. I was surprised to hear that they don’t allow late check in after midnight. Had I known this i wouldn’t have chose this option. I had to rush to get in before midnight

Staff was great but the thing I absolutely adored about this place was the cleanliness, the atmosphere, and the proximity to all the things! The beach less than 2 min drive, all the restaurants, and stores nearby definitely made the experience so much better. Big attractions less than a 20 min drive! Definitely would book another stay in the future!

It was just a bit noisy, but everything we needed was close by. The negative was that I left an item in the room, and staff was dismissive and quick to say they would not take any measures to mail my item. I live 6 hours away, but they didn’t seem to care. Simply stated we cannot mail only pick up.

Room wasn’t all that well the room I got with my significant other was mid the floor was dirty looked like it hadn’t been mopped in days the bed was okay it was too noisy when moving around also the floor was in terrible conditions in some areas the floor was almost to the point of collapse idk if it was the room that was provided to us that was like that but didn’t look like the pictures they provide whatsoever

It was really good experience for 2 night stay at this hotel. Good options for a quick breakfast.

To be fair, I do not typically stay at motels. The online photos and some of the reviews gave me unrealistic expectations of this property. It's not a place I would have ever booked on purpose. To their credit, the staff was extremely nice and responsive. There is a microwave and fried in the room. Otherwise it is very basic. Zero toiletries except for a tiny bar of soap. They have nice hard wood floor but since my room was on the bottom level we heard people walking all night. It was hard to sleep or relax. It's a decent place to crash in a pinch. It's not far from cannery row and it was a good price, except later I learned that I overpaid on the booking site. This place had a vacancy sign, which suggests to me that they take walk up street traffic. The thing that freaked me out the most was a large sign warning about carbon monoxide poisoning. I instantly called the front desk to ensure that we had a working c02 alarm in the room. That was super scary. The bedding was very thin. Thankfully I had a blanket in my car from home. This place is definitely not the Ritz. It reminds me of an updated Motel 6. I appreciate the kind and professional workers. This place is not for me. I was so uncomfortable that my daughter and I only stayed until about 4:am and we got on the road back home, even though we were still tired. It's a no for me,

Looks like a former roadside motel back in the day off the Main Street. Seaside is nice town. But the property did have an obvious renovation and upgrade for what it is and its definitely a step above from the motel of the past. Best Western came in and created something new.

Nice cozy room

The service at this hotel is exceptional. We stayed here last Summer as well, and our experience was even better this time around. The staff is very friendly, and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is wonderful. It’s by far the nicest, safest, and most affordable place to stay in Seaside. We’ll be back again next year.
