Nice big rooms, renovated.

Clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. Minor complaint about the parking lot ( mostly just me whining cuz i was tired). And the slowest elevator in existence.

Room was clean and quiet, breakfast was good staff was friendly. Property description said on site parking but they charged $30 for it.

Good check in check out; breakfast ok,, it had pork sausages in the same tray as potatoes and eggs; wish it would be separated without mixing of cooking oil/ contamination for halal/ muslim cuisine; Also wd like to add that it would be better if room service cleans under the sofas which were dusty!

Stayed for 3 nights for work. Large, recently renovated room. Felt like a small studio appartment, so I was very comfortable. Comfortable beds as well. Not a smart TV, but I keep an HDMI cable to plug in my tablet in my work kit that worked out great. Having stores (Walmart, Canadian Tire and shopping mall) and a few restaurants at a walkable distance was a plus (asian right behind is really good, Boston Pizza within 5 min walk). Area felt safe. Not much greenery or parks nearby but I was there for work, so didn't mind. I'll stay here again when I'm back in London.

Good place to stay

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the shopping mall and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and dining options. I felt very safe throughout my stay, which added to the overall comfort. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed. What stood out the most was the staff—they were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and always ready to help. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Clean Accommodations. Breakfast was well organized and had many different choices. I would definitely stay here again!

Housekeeping took 2 hair dryer and staff didnt help to find out who did that.They were putting us on long holding line.and dont give us a proper answer

Friendly front desk service, prompt check in, clean room, plenty of parking.

Everything was ok except the coffee maker didn’t work. Also no parking signs should be in place at all the entrance doors. It was difficult getting our luggage around a car parked in front of the door with no ramp.
