This is a wonderful hotel, romantic, centrally located, with a gracious and accommodating staff. The rooftop balcony with service is worth the stay alone. If you visit Venice, treat yourself and stay here.

Staff were for most part friendly. Rooms clean. Coffee excellent and service upon arrival. Room was very hot for October had to leave terrace door open at night which welcomed mosquitoes. Overall excellent location

The breakfast buffet was excellent! It was so very close to St. Mark's Square and the water bus departure.

The staff (Claudia & Riccardo) went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The hotel is conveniently located near San Marco Square and provides access to the exquisite laneways, restaurants, shops and trattoria’s that Venice has to offer. We could not recommend the hotel more highly and would certainly stay there again if we returned to Venice. Certainly a 5+out of 5.

Exceptional location & service! Cute older hotel with small rooms, but overall great! General upkeep in the bathrooms, a little older grout in some areas could be improved, but the location and service exceeded the benefit of being in a newer hotel across town!

Hotel Firenze is tucked away in a quiet alleyway right in the centre of Venice where all the designer shops are. You can’t get a better location. The location isn’t just what makes this hotel a great choice though - it’s the incredible, personal service you get from the beautiful staff who work there. They go above and beyond to help and really made our stay in Venice wonderful. I love the authentic boutique style of the hotel - really helps to immerse yourself in the true Venice style. If this place is available, don’t hesitate, it’s a fantastic option at a good price point.

Absolute joy to stay here - location, staff, rooms - brilliant. Such a treat, we really enjoyed our short stay and will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located really close to St. Mark Square. It’s next to high-end shopping and restaurants. Quick walk to water bus terminal. Breakfast was basic but the service was great. The staff is excellent and very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Cute elegant place, the noon receptionist was amazing. The only problem was the power and AC went off in the middle of the night… fuse issues.

Staff were very informative. Room was great, had all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was a great way to start the day - good options. Location was great - very close to the Basillica and Doges Palace. Overall great experience.

Perfect location Extremely friendly and helpful staff who were great for providing information on the best places to see and eat! The hotel even has their own travel app to give useful ideas on what to do in Venice. Tasteful rooms. Stunning rooftop seating!

Hotel Firenze is a nice small hotel within walking distance of many of the sites a first time traveler to Venice would want to see. The concierge service we needed for transport from the port at Funsia and to Marco Polo airport via water taxi was excellent. The complementary breakfast very nice, and the rooftop terrace is a great place to see Venice at night or eat a carry-in lunch. The bonus for me was getting gardening tips with the lovely lady who tends the terrace garden.

Was a perfect location. Right next to St Marks, all the great stores, plenty of restaurants. Lovely hotel, amazing service.
