Staff seemed unfazed by defective bathroom outlets and a dribble of water coming from the faucet. I kept getting directed to checking out instead of asking me for more information.

Pool closed but was not an issue for us. Breakfast was just ok. Eggs could be hotter, no sweet rolls, bread choices kinda skimpy at 9 AM. Room was fine, good value for the money

Checked in on Thursday . Check in was good . Didnt get to use pool because it was closed being rebalanced . Was looking forward to hiting the pool. Went down for breakfast and there was no waffle mix. And my children have diatary issues cant have eggs so there wasnt much else only cereal begel or bread. And apple or orange. In a nutshell breakfast that is supposed to be included was very disappointing. 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞.

Jennifer at the front desk on night shift did an exceptional job of dealing with a distraught customer who had come to the wrong hotel. She was amazing. I do wish that there was more than one washer and dryer for guest laundry though.

Super easy and fast check-in! Breakfast was mediocre but still the kids loved it! Pool was a little small but extremely clean. Only thing i wish that was better is my kids got SUPER stoked when they seen the sign for a Game Room. But when we realized there wasnt one, they got a little upset so they might need to remove the signs so it doesnt get kids excited. But overall it was a great stay and i would DEFINITELY recommend! We will be back!

There was a really strong cologne/perfume/air freshener smell in the lobby each time we passed through. If it was meant to be an air freshener, it was very overpowering.

There were no waffles for the kids. This is main reason we stay at Hampton Inn & Suites. The room smelled musty at this location which is unusual for this chain. Pool had what looked like vomit floating at one end. Kids got right out and were done! Disappointment overall..

The sheet is so old and makes me feel itchy. I was afraid of bedbugs all night long. Thank goodness I didn’t get any bites.

I like the surrounding shopping around the area, other hotels by us. The hotel was nice for the weekend and clean, but a little dated.

Could use some upgrades. Staff was great Terrible breakfast.
