Was priced well for a one night stay. Breakfast was good.

Little run down. Room smells of bleach. Location is excellent though.

Close to the Fountain of Youth and a walkable area

The room was clean, modern and comfortable. The property contains an amazing 600 year-old oak tree (13 feet in circumference); however, the grounds around it are not kept to the standard this monument deserves.

Young lady at check-in was extra nice.

This place needs a good cleaning and some fresh paint. Front door you could slide your whole hand under, chair in room was so dirty no way would I even put anything on it. The beds were the only think clesn and comfortable .

I liked the proximity to the fountain of youth and the old jail. It was nice that the trolly also came to the hotel which made it convenient for touring Saint Augustine

We had a sister trip and we were pleased with most of our stay. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good and the area was nice. My only complaint was the floor in our room was very dirty.

It was a good stay. Unfortunately they have no control of the birds. Lol. Think it was a peacock woke us up every morning at 5am. Never saw the staff except check in and out. They were friendly.

Our stay was nice. The area was nice, close to some of the attractions and quick drive to the others. The only thing I did not like were the beds, they were very uncomfortable. Other than that I would recommend.

Check in was easy. Front desk staff very friendly and quick! Room was clean. Hotel is in need of renovations as there were several areas of the room that look as though quick repairs had been done but for the price and location it was great. There was a chair in the room the could use replacing as it was clean but stained.

First the frond desk person was not client centric, appeared to be bother by one simple question. The room was disgusting, and the AC was not fully operational.

Tour buses during the day and peacocks at all times of the night make it for a very loud hotel. The interior rooms has been renovated, but the outside of the hotel is disgusting and when you look, there is rust and everything inside the room as well.
