Hotel is really old. Pretty clean considering. The room we had was definitely remodeled and more modern. Breakfast area can use a face lift, maybe some new furniture. Landscaping and weeds need some love, makes it look a run-down.

Room was impeccable 👌 great location! Close to everythin. In walking distance to restaurants and bars downtown. Good price.

The room was so gross we couldn't stay. We had to leave and find a different hotel last minute. Still no word in a refund.

Property could use some updating

staff was very helpful, enjoyed that we could get on the hop on hop off trolly right there in the parking lot.

At night the property is very pretty. Except you cannot sit under the lights and trees because it fills up with smokers, so we didnt get to enjoy that. The floors were filthy, we kept our shoes on because within a few minutes our feet were black on the bottom. I had to clean the bedside table, which was also filthy. The lampshade had mold. The "flower" bed at the entrance was overgrown and needed weeding badly.The staff were all very nice. The breakfast was very good and plenty of choices for everyone. With some changes and a good cleaning we would stay again, but only with changes.

It was definitely a great location. The lobby was clean, the rooms were clean.

Not what we expected but nice area to walk around.

I was skeptical at first after reading other reviews but ultimately satisfied with my stay. The property could use some fresh paint and maybe some new landscaping, but those things don’t matter to me. The room was clean, sheets were stark white, bed was comfortable, and the room was great size. The floors looked to be new porcelain tile in wood grain which is great because I hate carpet in a motel. The hot breakfast was good with plenty of room for seating. It’s situated right in the middle of many attractions with a trolly stop right outside your door! The only thing I didn’t like was that the shower pressure was pretty high but I guess that is better than too low.

Parking was nice and it is close to a lot of good stuff. However, the rooms are shameful. Outdated furniture, paint chips in seemingly every surface, showerhead was calcified. All around very unsavory appearance from everywhere but the road.

I liked the location of the property as it was only feet away from to the hop off hoop on tram stop. it also had a few good restaurants within easy walking distance.The room was clean & the staff accommodating.I stayed there twice in 2 weeks and my only complaint was the office chairs could not be adjusted and were too low to be of use and the ac made the rooms smell a bit musty.

The air conditioning was subpar for the room.

Breakfast was disappointing. Watered down juice. Watered down sausage gravy. Dry tasteless powdered eggs. Took a chance and booked a room. “Deluxe” king suite. Air conditioner wasn’t working until my husband fiddled with it. Living room furniture was uncomfortable and held together with duct tape! Half the furniture pictured in the photos wasn’t in the room! We left a day early. Really bad.

We stayed 1 night in Villa 1565 The room was nasty managed. This location felt more like a motel. The bed was uncomfortable. The shower was dirty and the room smelt of raw sewage. The room smell are disgusting the bathroom door was dirty. Chipping "nightstand" The breakfast had little options. Absolutely do not recommend this place.

Suited its purpose, morning buffet had good food but the room needs renovating.

The location is amazing. Old town trolley actually stops here or historic area is a 10-15min walk. The oldest tree on property is SO beautiful. Hot breakfast was simple yet convenient

Pulled in only to immediately realize the MOTEL (Not Hotel) was nothing like its pictures. As I said, this is a MOTEL, the room was less than basic, just white walls and a bed. There are no curtains and the blinds do nothing so the room is bright all night. The one ice machine was across the parking lot so getting ice in a downpour was a challenge. Hallways to get to different locations were sketchy, dark, dirty and smelled horrible. Add the number of patrons hanging around smoking blunts and you have quite the atmosphere. Last, you have to give a LOT of credit tot eh person who took the pictures as they made everything look amazing (which is was not) and this definitely includes the pool. This gets 1 star only because the guy that checked us in gave us an upgrade from the tomb we were initially assigned which was down pot aisle. Think twice before booking!!!!
