Recently renovated so everything was clean and new. Service was friendly. Can't beat the cost.

A little inconvenient to access entrance we were told no breakfast only coffee and missed out on a limited breakfast average place for an overnight stay may or may not use again

This property needs a complete update and thorough cleaning. The towels were stained and well used. Overall it was clean on the surface. I would not stay here again nor would I stay at a Red Roof Inn.

Bed bugs!! Dirty sheets and towels. Mold on the ceiling.

not terrible but not a clean hotel

The affordable price was exactly what we needed.

Horrible hotel, room floors was filthy, furniture was dusty, towels were old and stained, sheets was also old and stained. Owner was very rude to me. I wanted to run away when I got to the room. Very unhappy with this hotel, needs to be removed from the app.

Reception was sleeping upon arrival and wouldn’t wake up. The room was disgusting. Everything was dirty, blood on walls, un washed floors, pee all over the toilet and floor. All of the towels were just folded dirty towels. One with blood and makeup on it.

The Motel was nice and clean. When i walked into the room it actually smelled fresh and everything worked and clean. The Manger of the Hotel is a really nice Lady as well. I will definitely be back to Harrisonburg V.A and went i do ill be staying at the Super 8 Motel.

Towels were stained and/or dirty. Flooring installed improperly. Tub caulking job terrible. No breakfast food items served.

Close to highway

The staff we dealt with were very friendly and guided us to a good restaurant. The hotel itself was very tired looking and dated. The room was probably clean but it was hard to be certain since the furniture was so worn and the bathroom was so old. The tile appeared worn and dirty. Won’t stay in RRI again!!

The front desk was extremely helpful when my reservation from Hotels.com was not processed. He helped me correct what I needed for the night, and even upgraded my room for the inconvenience. The hotel was fine for a budget hotel for a quick one night stay. There were some stains on the towels and they need to add USB outlets but otherwise it is a decent hotel. Great location.

After we were given a key to an unoccupied room, sure hope my 2 am entry to their room didn’t wake them, it was good for what it’s purpose was, a place to stop along the way

The room was clean and adequate. The needs comfortable, but small with tiny pillows. However, things did not seem to be maintained well. Plugs and extension cords looked sketchy, the room phone didn't work, fridge wasn't very cold, and there was no breakfast food available but coffee. Lots of road noise. For one night, it was ok, but not for a long stay.

just overall very dirty room, esp the bathroom floor. the door latch appears to have been forced at some point. very noisey.
