Our suite was very hot. Our AC didn’t work. Our bathroom door kept locking us out when closed after using. We paid for parking and our key never worked, we had to use the help button.

One of the best hotels that we've ever stayed at.

Super friendly staff, everything was clean and my stay was overall amazing!

Very nice overall atmosphere in the hotel. Loved the complementary happy hour. Whether it was extra towels, questions about parking, the staff were polite and quickly responsive. The only minor negative was the room above us was children running around until midnight (thankfully only one of our two nights). We did call the front desk and they said they would look into it.

My kids wish they had waffles but everything else was on point. Wonderful view into the courtyard. Kids enjoyed the pool.

Amazing breakfast with an omelet bar and Starbucks inside. Also,staff allowed us to store luggage in a side room on our checkout day so that we could do an Alcatraz tour without fear of local smash and grabs. We really appreciated it!

We really liked the room and breakfast. However, there were too many people. It was too loud! There were lots of teenagers running around. We didn't appreciate that. Otherwise it was convenient and clean.

Overall is excellent

We had a nice stay, our room was spacious enough for our family.

We really enjoyed the hotel and accommodations. The happy hour was nice. The parking lot gates were not functioning properly but the staff was always helpful.

We already love our stay

Room was okay. Pool was over crowded. People were diving in the pool. I saw loose band floating in the pool which means individual with open wound has used the pool earlier
