Friendly staff, easy access to vehicle/garage and walkway

They were overbooked and had to move us to a different hotel despite having booked through Expedia months ago. “Expedia unfortunately doesn’t know how many rooms we actually have available”

There was awesome staff during the day. Overnight staff was a bit rigid and cold. Couldn't find luggage carts when needed and one elevator broke down for the weekend. Which caused long delays. Overall staff and room were pleasant and enjoyable. Would stay again.

I liked this hotel. It had a very nice breakfast bar. It would be nice if the breakfast was served earlier in the weekends. We had to leave for our race at 7. We had no time to eat. It would also be nice if they made little special packs of snack for people who come for racea. Other hotels do this. They also offer a snack bag after breakfast for the runners to take to the race and have after the race.

It was ok parking was horrible

The property itself was great. My room was clean, the dining areas and lobby were also clean and good for sitting and reading. I didn’t like that parking adjacent to the hotel was $30, but that’s just something that I find comes with hotels in the middle of a busy city. There are other public parking options less than that about 2-4 blocks away

The staff was AMAZING! The room was decent. The water pressure wasn’t the best, our shower had not been cleaned properly. The bed was way too soft, the pillows were rock hard. The bar had 1 person working, the restaurant wasn’t open/available. In the morning the breakfast buffet had a selection of food items.

Overall the stay was really good. The room was large and clean. The location was convenient for walking to US Bank stadium. Continental breakfast has a lot of variety but staff replenishing the food supply was lacking. Parking in the ramp was really tight and spots were limited due to repairs being done on ramp structure.

Great stay - we were upgraded to a king suite, which was a nice surprise. Able to walk to US Bank Stadium. Parking garage was a little tight with a pick up but we made it.

Great hotel for downtown Minneapolis. Fabulous breakfast. I would stay here again for sure.

The Hyatt was excellent. Large comfortable rooms with a great view of the city. Great breakfast. Pool was nice. Two hot tubs that were too small. Nice area up front with a large connect 4 game for the kids. Friendly staff. Safe & quiet despite a large crowd for a concert in town. The underground parking is my only complaint. Seemed like they were renovating but there was not a lot of space down there. The parking spots were tight. We actually saw a car bump another car while trying to squeeze into a spot.
