All staff were friendly, attentive, and professional.Breakfast was expensive but good and it’s a 15 minute walk to town to find other breakfast options.

A beautiful hotel! Everyone was very kind and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. A bonus is the historic Villa Reale de Monza is just across the street. The tour is well worth the time. Shopping and dining is just a 15 minute walk. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Absolutely stunning hotel! The staff was exemplary and would do anything for you. Dining in the bistro was excellent as was the morning breakfast. Cannot wait to return to this divine hotel! Special thanks to Riccardo at the front desk - he was so kind and accommodating.

The property itself is absolutely stunning. Charming and old world, Italian and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt like they had my back as I navigated this new country. The free breakfast was phenomenal. The creamiest parm I've ever had, the best coffee - the food was quite noteworthy and we looked forward to breakfast each day.

We caught Covid on the flight over and had to quarantine- most hotels were understanding and were cooperative in canceling our reservations but not this one. Maybe they preferred we stayed there and spread Covid to their guests and staff !

Excellent welcoming and excellent service with only 1 bump at the I never expected to pay $115 euro for a taxi when a taxi from Milan to the hotel cost me only $35 euros on a Friday night traffic and it was far - they never told me it was going y be that much until The driver charge me I think is absolutely insane no matter the time it was at 5 am not my first taxi on the world more $$ than Dubai is just a bad reputation

Very nice hotel, with well maintained garden. The staff was very friendly and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The restaurant was excellent, excellent food, wine and service. Definitely a place to visit again...

Very nice hotel with good food.

Property is beautiful. Wood paneling and eclectic decorations. A little bit of a walk to stores and other restaurants. We were fortunate enough to have the room with a terrace directly over the front door. Breakfast was plentiful with a variety of foods. Coffee is served by the staff, so if you want a second cup you need to flag them down.
