Beautiful property. Right next to the ocean and very safe no matter what time of the day you want to go out for a walk.

dirty dishes in hallways for a long time, pool area dirty towels everywhere, wet paper towels on pool deck, water station empty, no clean pool towels. hot tub not hot, jets didn’t work. staff at front desk was very nice. prices for snacks at the gift shop was ridiculously over priced.

Food was did not meet expectations

This hotel is always my favorite. It’s very clean, spacious & right off the beach. The staff is always friendly & very accommodating!

Front office girl was extremely rude.

Your paying for the location. Hotel has slowly gone down hill over the years. Location is unbeatable.

The check in was fine. Some problem with the room requested but they fixed that.

Love this place! The ambiance on the grounds, outside at night by the pool, the restaurant & staff all around is great! My daughter is on Spring Break, so we came for girl time. Not having to leave the resort is the best part. Checkin staff was friendly. Dinner was great. A quick walk on the beach, and our ocean view room made a really nice quick getaway. Will definitely be back!

The access to the beach was great. Safe area. Looking forward to our summer vacation here with our pup.

The place was amazing. Literally right on the beach and next to a public park. Amazing views from our balcony. Lots of fun amenities for the kids. They really enjoyed the heated pool and game room. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Oxnard.

The managment changed and the front desk staff are horrible to deal with. Hidden fees everywhere. Basically this used to be my favorite place to go with the kids qnd now I know I will not be going back.

We have come back to this property many times. We splurge on either the ocean front or ocean view because they have a great view. It’s a small enough resort that you don’t feel over crowded with tons of crowd. The rooms are great and they are so good at answering texts if you have any needs or problems. We love this place and will continue to go back.

I love staying here. The service is impeccable, the rooms are beautiful and the views are stunning! I always feel so lucky to be able to stay at this lovely resort. I can't wait for the next time!
