It was the place that we choose to spent our wedding night before head to the honeymoon, we called the front desk to let them know that we would be late due to the ceremony, which they confirmed telling us it was all set, upon arrival at Courtyard by Marriott we were told by the front desk they were overbooked, and there was nothing they could do about it this it was after 50 minutes driving also around 2:00 AM . Groom and Bride had to drive few more hours till had a place to spend the night . I do not recommend anyone to use this property ever again if you want to avoid this horrible heartbreaking experience.

Convenient location right off the major highway

Front desk staff was so rude & mean didn’t even want to accommodate us, thanks to the manager that helped us

Food was not good at all. They burnt our breakfast.

Rude staff, poor attitude. No understanding of how to handle issues in a professional way. Room was clean but small. No fridge or microwave in room, which would be fine if they had something set up in the lobby, but they don’t. Bar/restaurant never open. Little to no amenities, doesn’t feel like a Marriott at all. Also, broken elevator keys on elevator B. On the second floor you can only call the elevator by pressing the up key, once the elevator arrives and you’re inside you can select to go down. Marriott shouldn’t have all these issues, it’s a premium brand.

Originally given the wrong room upon arriving that room smelled like smoke and the fridge was not very cold, some pieces on the inside of fridge door were missing. I called the front desk. The staff member was able to assist me with getting on the correct room. Once in the correct room later on in the evening I noticed that the toilet was not working. I had to pour water in the tank for it to flush.

Small room. But great hotel.

Another great stay

We were extremely disappointed. There was no jacuzzi. Meanwhile the we late said it did. The pool Was Green. And the staff was rude. I would not be staying there again.

It’s a nice clean room and a very well-maintained and clean facility. We will probably stay here again.
