I would suggest reviewing with staff cleaning protocols. The sheets on both beds appeared to be dirty. There was hair on the spread and there was crap on the sides of the night stand. I have stayed at many comfort inns and was very disappointed. Stuart Clute

The walls were paper thin! I have never stayed in a hotel that the noise carried like this. If noise doesn't bother you, its ok. It was clean & staff very nice & helpful.

Nothing fancy but adequate. Not as nice as more expensive hotels, but better than other hotels in this price range. I’d probably stay there again if I were passing through.

Convenient and good price

We didn’t even stay, we used the room to change and left and made the 4 hour drive home after I was done working. Very run down, pool was closed and green.

There was an ironing board, but no iron. Room was very clean and quiet.

It was an ok stay. You can see an aging building that has had many repairs over the years. The room fridge kind of worked but wobbled and the trim was falling off the TV stand. The property was very clean otherwise. Breakfast could use some work. Sour waffle batter, overcooked sausage patties. Eggs and biscuits/gravy were ok. We would look for another option when we stay in Sioux Falls again.

Good location for dining and shopping. Liked the bathroom mirror/light. The couch was dirty and very worn. The hide a bed mattress was stained and moldy. Gross! TV randomly turned itself off.

Nothing fancy, but for the price, it was ok. Things could have been a little cleaner (found popcorn kernels in the couch and the couch cushions were stained).

It was very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was just a little glitz with the hairdryer and heater lamp not working, but that is something they said they would take care of. I enjoyed it there.

We stay here quite often. Its a clean lower priced hotel. Room very spacious, biggest one we stay in. Unfortunately this last stay the cable was weird, it kept going dark and a loud noise out of box. Wish they would put in taller toilets, toilet seemed very small.
