The price is for the location. It is a great spot. Service is also lovely. The hotel however, is tired. Rooms are basic. Wallpaper is peeling off walls, bathrooms are worn. In need of a tidy up and refresh.

Seems the room didnt get clean for 2 days. Garbage not picked up. No bathroom supplies ie toilet paper

There is a big cockroach in the hotel bathroom. Oh, my God, are you sure it is a five-star hotel?

I contacted the hotel on the morning of my arrival to confirm the particulars of my stay and was advised accordingly. At check-in, staff dismissed this entirely, resulting in my rate being double from what was confirmed. Despite providing my phone records, there was no accountability. I was left with the option of paying double or not staying at all.

Quiet and convenient.

From arrival to check out, everything was top notch. Staff were stand-out, superb: genuinely friendly and welcoming, and ready to assist with anything with prompt responses. Beautiful location, too.
