Staff very friendly room and beds were to small for 2 adults and 2 teen boys sat by the pool for one full day not one staff member asked if i would like anything beach very dirty with seaweed other guests walking dogs peeing on beach not as enjoyable as previous two times we've stayed there

Beautiful property. Great amenities.

Service and staff were a 10/10. Rooms were mediocre, especially for the price. Uncomfortable bed and pillows, very small/slippery shower with no exhaust or ac. Terrible water pressure in the shower. The ocean was so rocky that it was unusable our entire stay even though it was a major factor in choosing this location. We feel it was not advertised accurately. Overall, it was good not great.

This hotel sets the standard for all others. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always making us feel welcome. The pool decks are well appointed and the ocean view is stunning. The beach is a bit rocky, which makes swimming a little tricky but not impossible.

Loved most everything. Breeze was least favorite place to eat. Staff and service excellent.

I had a wonderful stay the resort and the service were fabulous. Unfortunately, I was not able to get into this phone because it was booked, but it looked amazing. I will book in advance next time.

Phenomenal

BEAUTIFUL FIRST CLASS HOTEL. ONLY THING I DID NOT LIKE WAS THE LONG WALK FROM THE ELEVATOR TO THE FRONT OR EXIT. TOILETS WERE TOO LOW & NOT USER FRIENDLY TO OLDER PEOPLE.

They allow noise, loitering in hallway to room loud partying amongst to many issues to list.

Beautiful hotel. Staff was amazing. Service was wonderful. Location on the sand is gorgeous. Highly recommend this hotel!

Being in an ocean front room and it was really great! However, we were in room 533 and there was a guy getting phone calls all morning on Sunday at 7:00 from security or the front desk.

For $1200 a night I don't think I should be charged $40 a day for my car to sit in a parking lot also the hotel is old and mold in my bathroom I would not recommend

This is a beautiful, top-notch hotel with impeccable service from start to finish. We stayed on the club level, which was very nice. We enjoyed the poolside immensely, and the spa was also really lovely. We look forward to coming back to this hotel in the future

The property is gorgeous and dining options incredible! The beach is quite small and that would be the only negative.

Eau is an amazing hotel and staff is just perfect from the moment you arrived. We loved the attention to detail, the cleanliness, service, absolutely everything was on spot. 2 great pool areas, and the beach is just pristine. If you want exclusivities, that’s your place. Every meal was just remarkable and both inside restaurants and pool area bar serve unbelievable food and drinks. I can wait to be back!!!

We came for my Daughter’s 15th birthday And we couldn’t choose a better, wonderful and amazing place. Everything was spotless The staff in particular since we got here The treatment was from another world We loved the restaurants, pool and the beach Was to die for.
