My stay was an overnighter. Upon check in, I was told that the room reserved for me TV did not work. I asked if I would be receiving a discount due to the fact other room options were very limited. It was agreed that I would receive a 50% discount, but I would need to contact Hotels.com to confrim my discount. Other than that, my room was clean and my stay was comfortable.

Hotel had bed bugs. I informed the receptionist that I had multiple bites. She said she will give me a refund. My funds should be back in 2-3 days. I never received the refund and called the hotel to inquire about it. I was told no refund was put in and they will have to talk with the receptionist that I checked out with to see exactly what did she tell me.

The worst experience ever. The hotel was awful the room was very dirty tv had not control nor channels and when removed bedding from bed it was full of bed bugs room #240. I notified the front desk and she acted like it was normal and I was crazy. She refused to give me a refund receipt but I did not care. I left in the middle of the night with my kids not knowing where to go.

The hotel canceled my reservation after I reserved and paid online. Still charged my credit card full rate. When I got to the property to dispute the cancellation, the front desk ladies found me a room, but it was dirty, bed was dirty, found a bug in bed, smoking room when I wanted a non-smoking room. TV did not work. The staff did the best they could do to help me. The hotel still charged me for the replacement room, so I was charged for 2 rooms. Hotel was definitely run down. Still 2 hotel charges for a lousy night and no sleep.

They didn't honore my reservation that I made more than a month ago, they gave it to someone else and they put us in a room with a broken A/C, temp was at 95 deg F, 1 bed, not enough pillows and blankets, 2 of my friends had to sleep on the floor and I believe that they had the chance to gave us 1 room because 1 customer left, but they cleaned it and gave it to someone else, not even animals should be put thru this conditions, I would love to post pictures but this format doesn't let me, because words can't describe the nasty, horrible conditions of that "room", horrible place.

When we got to the property it was closed. Our reservation had been canceled. We were unable to contact the front desk. There was a note in the window that said any third-party bookings would not be charged. It left us scrambling to find a place to stay in an area that was mostly booked up for the weekend. Girls at check-in were great. Room was dark, no tv remote, TV not working, Bathroom door won't latch. No phone book, info about hotel, coffee, cups, dishes, etc. even tho there is a refrigerator and microwave.

They gave us a smoking room and lied and said it wasn’t . There was nicotine running down the bathroom walls. The room stunk and they said they can’t keep some people from smoking. Also there was no hot water. We stayed there for one hour then went to a difference hotel.

Room was clean and a good value. But----morning office was not open until 8 AM, then no coffee available in lobby as they had 'ran out', there was no continental breakfast as advertised as they're still using the COVID card for that, soda machine was not operational, in room coffee maker would not work and they only coffee available in room was a pack of de-caf if it did work.
