Great staff + room was nice. Great place to stay while attending a show at Petersen.

The room was’t as nice as the pictures but it was still ok.

Close to a lot of restaurants and easy to access roads in and out of downtown

We had no A/C most of the night. But because we booked with a 3rd party nothing good be done about our stay, however the I wasn’t charged for my parking.

The hotel was very nice as was the staff but our room smelt like an ashtray. The hotel was sold out so we couldn’t switch rooms but yeah the cigarette smell was disgusting.

They offered a free shuttle service to and from the Pettersen Center, it was 95F outside, greatly appreciated

Very friendly staff

Stayed here for a concert at Peterson event center. The hotel had a shuttle going to the venue which was nice. This was a clean, decent stay and the employees were nice. Nothing fancy but solid and would stay here again.

There was a "thing" on wall that i could not c purpose for. Kept falling off wall.

I had a great stay! The staff was very very nice. My room was clean. I always appreciate extra effort and information. Definitely a big thumbs up to Gabe and Tom who went out of their way to be helpful.

We waited almost two hours in the lobby on late Saturday afternoon because our rooms weren't ready. Meanwhile countless other customers checked in and received their rooms while we continued to wait. Eventually the person behind the desk asked if we really needed handicap-accessible rooms because if not we could check in sooner. We had never requested accessible rooms in the first place. The two gentlemen behind the reception desk seemed overwhelmed by their duties. The following morning, there were no waffles available in the breakfast room because the attendant said she was out of batter measuring cups. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room smelled and it was almost unbearably. I was extremely disappointed.

Convenient from interstate, self-parking, quick check-in, very helpful front-desk staff, quiet room with comfortable bed.

Gym was tiny and 1 of 3 machines was not working. Front desk on Sunday morning was less than friendly. Only one elevator of 2 was working.

Easy parking and access to hotel.
