Went with a group for a friend's wedding. Check in was quick and professional. Room was clean and neat and it was quite even though it is in the middle of the busy city street

The room did not have a phone to call room service. It also did not have a working safe. The staff tried to come in despite the do not disturb sign. The front desk said the engineer would come to the room and they never did. You can stay here but protect your important stuff. May sure you keep record of any interaction with staff.

The location of the hotel is excellent, in the middle of Downtown Chihuahua very close to restaurants, and historical buildings. The parking lot across the street from the hotel is very convenient. But superb service is the best quality of the hotel, everybody we encountered were kind and attentive to our needs. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Great location great service good room

Me and my family often go to Chihuahua and we stay here when we come , however the last night we stayed the air conditioning didn’t work and I had went to the front desk to tell the receptionist and she sent a dude to fix it , however the dude said he was going to come back and never did after an hour I had went the tell the receptionist and it was a new lady and she had said that the dude never said anything and that’s when they had moved us to a new room eventually.
