Late check in was very slow, with one front desk person

The lighting in the room was really dim. Our view from the room was an empty space. No sunlight

Horrible stay! Reception is not equipped to provide things like towels or water since we missed housekeeping. Phone did not work. Unable to make calls to receptions or get calls transfered. Location is great! Employees were nice but not equipped to do their job per higher manager policies.

Place was clean. Had a great stay . Only complaint is that they dont have a washer and dryer as advertised and the breakfast is not included as stated other then that it was a good stay. Very convinient location. Cathedral is a 2 minute walk and plenty to do on the weekends

I Have stayed here many many times and it is a excellent hotel and location. The only thing it needs a bit of improvement is on the bfast as every single day it's the same boring stuff
