Only complaint was the noise that came from the traffic that was so close

It was nice. Lots of places to eat very close to the hotel

The staff were very friendly and professional, the place was very clean and well kept. The water wasn't very hot and the addition of a jet tub to an otherwise standard room didn't seem to be worth the increased price. We were very underwhelmed by the room for the price.

Wi-Fi password not working

Ok for overnight. Had a king reserved but they down graded to queen but did discount. For location and surroundings it’s over priced

Excellent, friendly service. The room was exceptionally clean and reasonably priced. I would stay there again.

Rooms were clean. Check in was slow

The front desk service was rude. The room had dead bugs I took video and pictures. Bulbs did not not work in lamps. Tub had hair. Hair dryer was dirty. I brought my own cleaning supplies. I would have left but Iit was late when I went in the room for the first time and only needed it for that night.

Made my reservation and then was told they didn’t have a room for me.

Nice property inside and out. Nice staff as well

Overall a nice place. Management is very kind and helpful. The outside of the property is old and showing a lot of signs of wear. However, the inside of the room had recently been redone. Very nice and clean. Spoke with the manager in the morning, he mentioned that they are trying to get the place in shape. A little at a time. I try to support these business owners, for they are clearly trying to be successful. And, it can’t be easy without the support of customers. I sincerely hope you all can make it.

The check in chic was super helpful with everything. She told me where to eat and where to go shop. Made my stay comfortable and chill, which is what I wanted. Not a fancy place, but I was treated with kindness and the place was clean

Very friendly.

I knew going in that this was a low budget hotel. They could improve the place by picking up ladders and other junk that was on the second floor walkway. The room was clean enough, but I did wake up to see a bug crawling across my bed…not sure what kind, because it went behind the bed.
