Arrived late at night with family of 5. Booked a suite, but room only had place to sleep 4 although website said sleeps 5. Had to call front desk and wait for rolling cot. Then realized there were no sheets for fold out couch. Frustrating after a long journey. No dining or drink options open on Sunday night. Air conditioner was very loud and woke us up throughout the night.

Fix the air conditioner , which is hiding behind the c wall . Very noisy!

The Eldorado is nice and has good service, but I do not thus it is worth the price

First time in Sante Fe. Lovely hotel and great home base for exploring the area.

Very well kept and decorated room. Grounds were very nice with shaded sitting areas. Very easy walk to shopping and dining.

The restaurant and bar was closed the whole stay, no one told us and nothing was posted. We were there to relax and unwind and couldn’t. They suggested a burger hole in wall place a block away. Two burgers and one beer was $80. The photos showed a couch and tub, there wasn’t. I caught the front desk lying to another guest. Who was also stating for the amount guests pay, we expect a better level of service. While it looks nice the service level one would expect was missing. My family was disappointed overall. It was a waste of money.

The hotel is lovely. We had fun at the pool. I wish the restaurants and bar hours were clearer. The spa was nice, but very pricey.

The hotel is beautiful and we enjoyed the infinity pools and hot tubs. Next time we will try the spa.

I have always wanted to stay at the Eldorado and it lived up to the anticipation. At check in, 2 employees were busy having a personal conversation, so I did have to wait a little to check in. But after that, everything was smooth. Valet employees were top notch, helpful and fast. The room matches the photos and were large. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The added bonus!?!? Valet was included in my reservation. Would definitely stay here again. Oh and if you go, don't miss out on a meal at Tia Sophia's. Yum.

Had bugs in the room, several felt like it was brushed off. Did get a different room that I had to ask for but went from a double as I was traveling with a friend to a King bed . Had to haul all luggage back downstairs to ask for a room with two beds as I had originally booked. The hot tub was always cold, not enough staff to get things opened like bar, cafe, etc. location s good.

Nice stay for the price. Very close to downtown Santa Fe with shopping and dining options. The pool was smaller than expected. Very friendly staff and the decor provided a comforting Southwest feel.

The location was perfect. Everything was, for the most part, within easy walking distance. Loved the balcony in the room. We would stay there again.

Pool opens at 7 am until 10 pm ! It is downtown you can walk to shop an eat or dine in. Excellent staff from valet to front desk and housekeeping! We will be back!

We went to Sante Fe for a birthday weekend and stayed at the Eldorado. We enjoyed our stay and the staff were friendly and hospitable. We would have like to enjoy the pool, however there was inclement weather. The hotel is clean and beautiful.

Customer service was great. Lovely decor in the common areas. Bed should be moved so that the AC doesn't blow on the bed.
