My impression prior to arrival was apprehensive. I received an email stating that if I canceled or tried to change the reservation, I forfeited the reservation and there would be no refund. The location is excellent. The building is yet under construction. I was assigned 2 rooms that were yet being renovated before getting a sufficient room. The service was poor. The young desk clerks during the day seemed to be bothered by my presence. When I approached the desk for something there was no greeting or May I help you? They would just look at me, so I would start talking. Had to ask for towels and there weren’t any available on the last day of trip. Poor breakfast: coffee or tea, granola bars, muffins or you could make oatmeal. I was charged room damage deposits. None of the rooms were damaged and I haven’t received any notification of being reimbursed for the damage deposit fees. This hotel has potential if they make some adjustments (get people friendly clerks) and more linens. This can become a great place to visit.
