The place was clean, beds are comfortable, breakfast is good, air conditioning not so easy to control, so the room is kind of humid all the time. Towels don’t dry… Service is good Guest laundry service is ok, only one washer and one dryer.

The bath tub doesn’t look quite clean with black stains. The view of the room is very good. The gym really needs to be upgraded. My child did enjoy the water slide.

Terrible experience. Dirty hotel, dirty room. Window had no cover.

Property was under renovation, slightly noisy. No microwaves in rooms difficult with kids as you would have to go down to lobby to warm up food. Laundry facility was down. Had to tell front desk to top up towels for the pool. You get what you pay for. Great location and friendly staff.

Front desk staff were awesome. great location, walking distance from PIER and our room had a great view of the cruise ships. Great walking paths in area. Great restaurants close by.

Great service from the staff beautiful view at Sydney harbour, made to order breakfast was really good, walking distance to shopping area and the boardwalk along the harbour.

Truly unpleasant experience at this hotel: 1. Rooms: The rooms were small, dirty, and had mold – clearly not maintained or cleaned properly, smell awful! 2. Washrooms: They looked like they belonged to a broken, decades-old structure. Unhygienic and rundown. 3. Extra Charges: After paying 300 for the hotel, they still charged for parking – which felt unfair and excessive. 4. Staff & Facilities: • Reception staff refused even a one-hour late checkout without extra payment. • No supervision at the pool – it was overcrowded and chaotic. Children were left unsupervised at the ride, and people were jumping into the pool, creating unsafe conditions. Overall, this was a pathetic experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

The room was a nice size and looked over the harbour. The hallways were very noisy at night on a few occasions. The breakfast was confusing as to what was allowed changed on a daily basis.

Hotel had lots of construction which is certainly needed. Work starts at 8a. Didn’t find great dinner options. Upper parking lot fills up quickly very congested. Lower lot available. View over water is very nice. Until property is upgraded look elsewhere.

The service was excellent and friendly staff

The drilling noise began around 8:30 and woke us up - it was unrelenting until 11 AM checkout. Patrons should be warned about the construction noise, in case they want to cancel their reservations. Most annoying!

Good but a lot of extra charges. CBRM fee on every day.almost 6 dollars a day. Also 7 dollars a day to park, crazy and a 3 dollar eco fee . No coffee in the lobby and 4.50 for a bottle of water people should be aware. Also no microwave in the room. We had a beautiful view from our room.
