The staff is pleasant and very helpful. They made the stay even better than expected.

The hotel is outdated and needs a makeover, tub has a dirty ring around tub and knob. The breakfast is horrible. The towels are dirty. The parking is insane, a guess should not have to pay to park.

Very friendly staff. The bed was super comfortable and the room was nice and clean. We attended the Houston Rodeo and there were shuttles every 15 minutes. Matt at the bar was friendly and quick to keep everyone happy.

Everything about the suite was great, but the bathroom was small. It was hard to move around in it with just one person, let alone two. They had a shuttle to MD Anderson, which we used. The driver we had was a good driver.

This hotel was great! The suite room was huge. Plenty of space for 6 adults. The sofa bed is a couch with a pull out trundle twin mattress. It was very comfy! The furnishings are done by West Elm. Would gladly stay again!

Close to NRG stadium with a shuttle service provided. Safe parking for our vehicle. Very nice specious rooms.

Absolutely my most favorite hotel to date. The staff was friendly and the rooms were very nice.

The staff and shuttle driver made this a great stay. The breakfast leaves much to be desired compared to other hotels with similar prices.

Reasonably priced and great amenities

They have the best employees. Super friendly and always smiling. Breakfast is also good. They have several options to choose from. This was our second time there and if ever in that area again will be staying there.

I chose this hotel for the location and the ease of parking. I had an event downtown but I think it's ridiculous to have to pay an additional $20-40 to park on top of your room charge. SpringHill was close enough to downtown that my Uber was less than that. The hotel has a gated parking lot and charges a small fee, I believe $10 or $12, however the front desk validated parking so it's free. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were super comfy and we had both a fridge and microwave. Free breakfast is offered but after a late night we opted for sleep over food. SpringHill checks all the boxes and at a very reasonable rate. I will definitely stay here again.

The water pressure was horrible in the shower. I had to stand directly under the shower head to get wet.
