Staff was nice, location was easy to find. Room was very smelly like dirty mop. Bathtub had other peoples hair still in it. Towels had makeup stains, and one of the days we stayed the Shower completely stoped working while I was using it and had to give myself a bird bath to finish washing up it was very annoying. I should have taken photos of the room but I knew nothing would get done about it so I didn’t even bother. Overall 2.5/10 I would not book this location again..

Dirty. Run down. Outlets didn’t work. Jacuzzi falling apart. Bed stained. Curtains didn’t shut all the way. Almost $200/night. Feel like we got robbed.

Perfect for a quick stay!

There was no extra toliet paper. Need to ask manager when low. Someone knocked on the door to fix window in place we were staying but no one made us aware. The hairdryer was there but didn’t work. Had a stand for an iron but no iron. Ask manager needed to extend stay manager needed to see credit card physically would not take payment over phone.

Breakfast was not worth anything. Cereal and pancakes only. Needs to be upgraded

Full disclosure: all the reviews about this unit were accurate. The place did have a slight smell, and the rug did not look or feel clean, so I recommend bringing some slippers. There was hair on the shower wall, and honestly, it didn’t seem to be from someone’s head, which was very disturbing. I ended up splashing water on the wall and shower before using it. We only booked this hotel because we needed a few hours of sleep before getting back on the road. If you just need a short stay and don’t mind wiping things down and cleaning up before settling in, it might work for you. However, I don’t see myself staying here again unless some improvements are made.

The hotel staff were always cleaning whenever I saw them. However the entire building was extremely outdated and in desperate need of repairs and upgrading. Literally little to no breakfast as advertised in the morning and no elevator. My kids and I had to carry our luggage up 2 flights of stairs. It was an uncomfortable stay to say the least, as microwave was dingy and dirty with a weird smell. The inside of the fridge was really brown. I could hardly sleep because it felt like something was going to crawl on me, though I never saw a bug. The tv was horrible. It had like 10 channels and the picture quality was that of a floor model tv from the 90’s that needed an antenna just to get the reception. That’s literally no exaggeration we watched the remaining of the NFL draft and could hardly make out the news panel because it was white and fuzzy. I guess if it’s your last option before sleeping on the street it’s a good choice. But it definitely won’t be one of mine again.

The hotel is terrible. The rooms are very very very outdated. Only 2 towels in whole bathroom and front desk acted like we were making them go out of their way to get a couple extra towels. Queen size beds. I’m no. Try like full size beds. Housekeepers were probably the rudest I have ever seen. Knocked one time on door and continued to each room. They never came back to my room and cleaned it. The lady said my 15 yr old son told her we needed no service when we never talked to anyone of the ladies. I told them I needed my room clean and need some clean towels. I got nothing but eye rolls and attitude. I wouldn’t recommend this establishment to anyone!!!!!! Breakfast they serve was hardly anything. I stayed for 3 nights because I was in Indy for my son’s college graduation in Bloomington. The hotel and housekeeping ran by a bunch of Indians and/or Pakistans. Don’t speak English and just flat out rude.

Once you get by the homeless chilling in the parking lot...No elevator, room linen had spots stains, the bathroom was smaller then my camper bathroom. And very little to nothing to offer for breakfast, but wait! What about the coffee you may ask,surely you cant mess that up. *hold my beer* ive never seen so many gnats flying around anything in my life especially the coffee pump thermos's The room was only 140.00 a night so i guess i got what i paid for. Will never go back to this name of hotel ever again. And now looking for new app for finding hotels. Have a great day. Im sure this is just another add to horrible reviews on your sight.

The toilet didnt flush and zmelled like marajina in hall way cheep

The breakfast bar only had pancakes, toast, cereal, an apple, or tiny muffin.

Mini-frudge had mold. Microwave nasty. Tub nasty. Odor nasty. Staff pleasant.
