Awful stay, k will not be staying here again. Took about 2 hours to check in due to a mistake on their end, I had an email confirmation with a price for another booking from their admin team they wouldn't honour, even though I had paid a deposit. Furthermore, the front desk would not take my dollars because they looked 'old'. Hotel was dated and food wasn't very good at all, more 3 star than 5 star. Half board did not include any soft drinks during meal times. Beach felt more like mud than sand. Staff walk around trying to sell you packages.

Amazing location, with stunning views, issue with noise as they decided to build every other day a stage for weddings which makes it noisy to build and dismantle for each wedding on top of the wedding noise. Having said that, I complained to the hotel and to hotels.com, the general manager offered us compensation and another room for the last night away from the wedding noise, though hotels.com did not do anything rather than log a ticket

Beautiful hotel, many possibilities for relaxing and enjoying, nice food and we love that the scuba diving center is there as well. This means one can really relax as everything is taken care of.

Lovely resort with mostly very friendly and helpful staff. Weird experience whereby the reception person seemed very confused by our request to arrange an airport transfer in the morning, sending us to several different people before we found one who managed to organise it. Otherwise extremely helpful staff, interiors are a bit dated, and the food at the dinner buffet was not nearly as good as I've had at other Movenpick locations. Would stay here again, however.

Everything was fine with my family’s stay at the hotel except for the receptionists, they were extremely rude!

Service staff were the best feature, namly, Ragy and Mohammed at the beach bar, Hussein and Abdel Hamid at the beach service, great room service by Omar. Also, we needed medical attention, and received great, great care from Dr. Hany 🙏🙏

Nice hotel with a private beach, very close to everything. The front door service and employees are very professional and polite. However, the front office was not as impressive, which proved to me that the special discount and room upgrade I was supposed to receive were just gimmicks. I never argue about my benefits; I usually say thanks and learn my lesson about whether I want to return to that hotel or look for something better. They should educate their service staff about the facilities and what is available there. I asked an attendant at the pool bar if they had coffee shops around the pool to order sandwiches or snacks, and he assured me they did not, and that I needed to go back to the main restaurant area. Later, I found out that they actually have two places at the pool where you can sit down and order snacks and sandwiches. LOL

Amazing service staff, very distinguished friendly service. Namely, Raggy and Mohammed at the pool bar, Hussein and Abdel Hamid at the beach service, Mahmoud and Gamil at the restaurant, all the staff was amazing.
