The water pressure in the shower was low. The front desk staff was great.

I had a pleasant stay here recently with my toddler. It’s always clean and calm there. Staff is friendly and accommodating as well.

I have stayed at this Hampton multiple times and have never experienced what I did this weekend, stayed on the 3rd floor and kids ran up and down the halls half the night, went down to breakfast at 9am which ended at 10 every thing was gone when my husband asked if they were bringing more out the 2 drinking coffee didn’t respond after waiting for 30 minutes for them to bring food out to a kitchen area full of ppl they closed the doors at 10 preciously, went up to shower only for the water to be COLD this place has really gone down hill ZERO customer service

My stay at the Hampton Inn was very nice.

Hotel is fine but in need of updating

Some of the staff can be more attentive, but overall for the most part they are kind. The bathrooms cabe a lot cleaner, but overall the rooma are great and they smell wonderful.

Very clean

Upon checking in my room , I found a black long hair right in the countertop next to my bed , and also on the bathroom wall , there are some blood-like spots , apparently the room cleaner didn’t do their job properly and I was so worried the cleaning of this hotel ! Will not come back again even if it offers much better price !

The floors were kind of sticky due to some sort of cleaner that they used. My first room smelled either musty or as if a smoker had been in there, so I had to change rooms. The coffee filters did not fit the coffee maker in the room so I had to go downstairs for my coffee.

It was Good only the noise of cars that disturbed the night at times depending on which room.

So quiet. Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast had great options. Very convenient.

People were friendly and breakfast was very good. We had no problems with anything about the hotel.

This is a good option. if I have to stay in Philadelphia again we chose this hotel again we are like a church organizations we do a lot of events and everybody likes their rooms. Friendly staff.
