Friendly staff, convenient location, but just far enough off the beaten path.

Spacious, spotless room. High ceiling, huge window. Wonderful view. All staff super friendly and helpful. Ideal spot for visiting Columbia College Chicago!

Very clean and the customer service was great. Really enjoyed our stay.

Property was okay. The AC had a hard time keeping up in the room due to the extreme heat. Rooms were quiet and spacious. Layout of the toilet to the shower was very inconvenient. Had a huge building outside of window. It was decent if you can get it at a good price but it wasn't worth spending a lot of money, unless for comviience. Large fridge with freezer was a plus.

Nice, clean, hip place. Liked location and would stay here again!

We enjoyed our time and loved that we could walk to just about everything, if not it a cheap Uber away.

The hotel staff was excellent. They were friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations and coupons and everything else. Our room was clean and great to get some work done as well as relaxing. And the gym was a nice plus since it rained on the day I needed to train for an upcoming race.

This is a hidden gem. Room was spacious, updated, and clean. So easy to walk within the loop. I’d stay there next time I’m in town.

The stay overall was excellent it was how I imagined it quite and peacefully and it had all the utilities that I was looking for . Also wanna give the receptionist credit for having AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE TO US!!!

We had a great stay. Room was nice, Showtime was very helpful. Valet was great.

Suggest adding a small table next the sofa in the guest rooms.
