Morning staff was rude though the night staff was understanding and helpful

Clean room, drinking water and bath soap must be provided. There must be coffee as well in the room

First room we had smelled like smoke, tv was not working and toilet was broken. We were moved and second room was better although the air conditioning/heating unit was dirty and blew dust and debris onto one of the beds.

Clean room

The room was clean, updated flooring. Could use small broom because walking in the room brings in way too much dirt and constantly wiping your feet off. Had a working air conditioner, good shower, bed were comfortable. The furniture looked like it was just thrown in, probably low budget, it was old. Parking was a little tight, especially when all the parking is taken up on the restaurant side of the building, but atleast everyone got a parkingspot. Staff was very pleasant.

Room was clean but need updated, bathroom room has no bath soap but there are dispensable hand soap at the bathroom sink and dispensable shampoo and conditioner in the bath tub stall. I've never experience like this that the bath stall has no soap for bathing. The bathroom tissue holder has rust all over and need to replace. The bathroom counter, faucet knob was not feel clean. Breakfast room was okay, only bread loaf (would suggest to add in bagels) tiny muffins, waffles, apple juice and orange juice, coffee and tea, fresh banana. Overall, it is good for the price, budget friendly.

Beds were very soft, cheap mattresses maybe. Wrinkled bedding made first bad impression. Second lock on inside door broken. Bare bones room...no frig or microwave BUT Bathroom clean, soap, shampoo provided. Breakfast sufficient..waffles, toast, cereal, juice

the buffet was Disgusting the floor was disgusting too strong smell of spices. In your room you can ear everything outside it’s was very disappointing

Staff are rude, took 45 min for someone to come fix our tv the first night and we had to tell him to not be so rude. Second night tv didn't work again so had to wait again for it to be fixed. Would t answer the phone when we called the front desk. Holes in the wall beside where the ac is so you can hear everything from outside. Towels are toddler sized. Say they are dog friendly but they are not!!

Everything was wonderful

Accessible to and from any point, specially the Falls. In a very nice area, lots of places to eat, even a grocery store within walking distance. Even has a Tim Horton right in front of it. Nice sized rooms with AC/Heater and comfy beds. Safe area, never felt in danger. Friendly staff. Yes, it needs a little love to improve the buildings, if/when they do it'll definitely attract more customers. There is A LOT to see, so if you're on a budget and don't want to spend a lot of money in a place you'll just be crashing in to leave your luggage, get a hot shower and sleep, this is the place. If you want a fancy, Instagram-able place, this isn't for you.

If you just look for a cost effective motel to sleep, this is the right place to go. Room is clean and staffs are friendly.

The room was nothing like the pictures in the advertisement. Was just fairly acceptable to stay.

I stayed here for 12 nights during a business trip. Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a very convenient location where supermarkets and restaurants are around.
