First time staying here. Good for families. We had large spacious suite. Breakfast was included. Interior and community areas of hotel were nice. Staff/service was so-so.

Stay was great especially with the connivence being next to the airport.

Property has great ambiance, beautiful, clean rooms. What I didn’t like was the erratic WiFi service. I stayed there twice in 10 days and the WiFi was horrible both times

It was great

We stayed here for one night before our cruise. I had to book it for two nights since our flight was a red eye and came in at 6am and we wanted to head to the hotel and go back to sleep. I contacted the hotel twice to say we were coming in at 6am. But when we got there at 6am they said they marked us as a no show and cancelled our reservation. Super frustrating. Especially after flying all night with three little kids. They figured it out and rebooked us. The shuttle from the airport is free- but the shuttle to the cruise ship is not. We knew this. However no one told us we had to pay cash. At $12 a head when you have a party of 5 that would be a good thing to tell us before we are already on the bus! Overall. Decent one night stay to hold you over before a cruise. But now they’ve charged my card another couple hundred dollars so I have to call and ask them about that too.

Embassy Suites was clean, quiet and in walking distance to restaurants. I got a peaceful sleep there.

At check-in there was a guest there letting people know the hotel had no hot water and had been out all day so no hot showers. The front desk did not disclose this but offered 20% discount when confronted. Unfortunately I had prepaid through Expedia. The hotel said they would call Expedia and process a 20% refund but that never happened.

Property was good, but it was hard to find the hotel shuttle at the airport. I called the hotel from the airport and they hung up on me. Staffing at thisblocation was limited and rude. Our suite was awesome except for the cockroaches.

Stayed for 2 nights a few days apart from each other, 2 different rooms but both were nice and clean and comfortable!

The hotel shuttle was easy to find, and the driver was very friendly, which was great after a long, international flight. Check-in was slower than usual for a Hilton; it took at least 10 minutes for us to be checked in, with only one other guest ahead of us, but the desk attendant was very friendly. There was confusion about the hours of the restaurant; It was about 10:15 pm, and we were hungry, and the desk attendant said we had plenty of time to order food from the bar. The bartender said they were closing in 5 minutes and only had a few options available, but the sign in the lobby said the restaurant should have been open until 11. We ended up getting frozen dinners and chips from the pantry market. In the morning, I noticed 3 different closing times posted for the restaurant in different areas of the hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly.

Nice hotel inside did not like paying for parking while im staying there it feels like they take advantage of you they don't even validate your parking
