Great location.

It was good

Amazing location, just few steps to the ferry’s entrance which takes you directly from Lincoln Harbor to Medtown Manhattan 15-20 minutes walk to Time Square.

Very convinient if you plan to travel to NYC. Bus and ferry port are as close as less than 100 meters from hotel. Cleaning could be a bit better, but no major concern, need more coffee and tea in the room. Staff is helpful and supportive, İf ı come again to NJ, Sheraton Harbor will be my first choise.

Great place to stay for nyc tourism; it was easy and fun to take the $10 ferry (departure every 10 min) across and do find the ferry bus at the terminal to go deeper into midtown. The panoramic room was great to see a view of nyc from bed as well as fir watching how reliable that ferry was. Also I tried the bus a couple of times using a downloaded app and that was good too. Bed and room comfort were high. Very quiet.

Jonathan at reception was an amazing first point of contact. He gave us great recommendations and was able to accommodate special requests. Jorge served us breakfast all three mornings and went above and beyond to deliver the best service possible.

VERY POOR LIGHTING IN THE ROOM, BATHROOM COULDN:T SEE . WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN IT

Surroundings were fine. Inside was worn and dirty. Rooms were not professionally cleaned.

The water taxi ferry is just steps from the hotel. There's a few great food and drink options around the property. The view is beautiful. The staff are helpful and sweet. The hotel itself is a bit dated and could use a little refreshing but the beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. Overall, it was a good deal for the money

We loved the room, the view, the size, and parking. Only thing was it was not in convenient area and there were so much traffic (but heavy traffic is everywhere).
