Rooms and hotel weren’t anything special but good enough for a one night stay l. Front desk staff was amazing

Great room, great amenities. Comfy beds, great service, easy check in!

The chlorine was so bad in the pool area the kids were coughing after 30 mins of being in there, they also don’t left guests come even if they are just watching kids.

The property all seems a little dated in this area. There is a haunted attraction a little down the road that also doesn't improve the ambience.

Hotel is definitely going down hill unfortunately. Piles of chlorine or white powered substance at the bottom of the hot tub. Also the hot tub was not hot warm but not hot along with the jets not working. We stayed in room 127 and you have to lift the door and pull ultra hard for it to close as it gets stuck on the frame.

We had a room with two queen beds, but both beds were pushed up against a wall so you could only get into bed on one side. If you have two people to a bed, it makes it difficult for one person because they have to crawl over you to get into bed.

It was good, nice pool area. The breakfast was nothing special.

The pool is run down. The kids had fun but bring band aids. The surface of pool is REALLY rough. Some of the things to play with don’t work. Rubber safety coatings are missing. Safety netting is ripped. Just keep an eagle eye on your kids… Room was good. Pull out mattress had been peed upon before, dirt under the sofa. Very small bathroom but room was doable!

The pool was OVERLY to an unsafe amount chemically treated. The hot tub had tons of white sediment on the bottom, chlorine? Families were taking their children out because they couldn’t stop breathing in the regular pool. Everyone was rubbing their eyes with irritation. Very uncomfortable and not enjoyable. Which is upsetting because ifs kind of the reason you bring small children to this hotel. Staff great, breakfast so-so, room clean

We have stayed here a couple of times now with the kiddos. They love the pool area/slide which seems to always be a good time. We got a room with the whirlpool tub this time around, the initial room we were given didn’t have a refrigerator (must have broke from the prior stay) and we needed to keep food we brought along in a fridge. The staff was very apologetic and accommodating with getting us into a new room still with a whirlpool tub and a couple of drink coupons for the inconvenience. We always have a good time and kiddos do as well! Thank you!

It was okay.. my sister checked in for us, and there was a banner still hung up, the corner of the bed by the window was wet, the shower shelves has hair on them

The hot tub had a thick layer of power cholrine on the bottom.. my family and I couldnt breathe and were coughing within 20 minutes of being in the pool. There was a brown layer around the edge of the hottub that made my stomach turn. Our room was ok but was clearly not cleaned thoroughly. My son found a pop cap on the floor as well as other trace garbage items. The shower leaked water all over the floor every time you showered no matter what you did. If you're looking for a place to sleep 5/10. If you want to use the pool 0/10. I belive it is actually unsafe to use.

The stay was good, but we had several things in our room that was not good the knob on the closet was broken which I reported it to the front desk and the heat vent was broken and the sink stopper in the bathroom was broken also the kids scratch their feet and hand up in the pool. Other then that the stay was good.

Our stay was a disaster from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. Total waste of money.

Room was filthy popcorn everywhere and we didn’t have popcorn, dusty, bathroom door lock was broke, shower head was broke, pull out couch had stains all over it, hair embedded in our bedding, no towels, tub didn’t drain, smelled funny

The water park was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn’t love was that the beds don’t use a mattress pad in the form of a sheet, it was literally just a pad that moved around a lot.

Hotel was clean, pool and pool area was overwhelmingly chemical.

Although it’s a little dated, this place was perfect for a quick family vacation. Staff was friendly, the room was spacious and clean, and we enjoyed the pool.

I loved the little kiddie splash pad. My daughter had a great time! However the only complaint I have is about the morning staff. We checked in and the front desk associate told us if we wanted to stay another night to just let them know before 11 am so we could stay in the same room. Well we had decided pretty early that we we wanted to stay again. We talked to the front desk and they said we’d have to leave our room and leave the property and come back at 4pm at check in. We said we wanted to keep the room we had. They said they couldn’t do that and was a little rude about it. So we ended up not staying another night. Their loss I guess.
