The room is too small bathroom door closes blocking room area ,breakfast was good and location as well

I liked this hotel just for the night! Its close to public transportation and feels safe. As its in the avenue, its very noisy too. Staff is super friendly :). The room was really small. Is perfect just for one night!

The hallway for the room was smelly and dirty, They had no vegeterian food option. The room was ok but no view and had a awful smell

Very noisy stay. The noise was mainly coming from outside and the above room. The bathroom was rusty. The bed was comfy; the staff was friendly and helpful.

Fire Alarm went of 4 times during the night(s). All false alarms but staff did not seem to know how to reset

What I like is that the toilet and shower are separated. Also the sink has a nice surface to put toiletries stuff

There is a sign in the room that says that due to Covid they do not clean the rooms and even with the do not disturb sign in the door the maid was knocking on the door to clean the room. The sign in the room also says to call the reception if the client suspects that he has Covid, when I called they did not know what to do with that information. To call the reception from the room one need to dial 9 but there is no sign in the phone and I had to call the reception with my cellphone to find it out.

Very conveniently located by the Hospital if a visit there is the reason for staying in that part of Marseille. Also metro just outside the hotel to reach the town centre. The property could do with some upgrading, carpets in corridor, painting on walls need refreshing, the room is very basic and could do with some refreshing also. The staff is generally nice, a few of them are exceptional for customer service: Cristina at reception, always polite and happy, attentive to the customers and what they may need. Another lady with short blond hair in the restaurant, extremely polite and efficient and fast. These two ladies definitely raise the standard of the whole experience. Particularly at this time of coronavirus spreading, leaving breakfast food open for everyone to lean on was not exactly the best arrangement to entice the use of the restaurant.

Nice, clean hotel. Rooms are small, but it's close to a metro stop so it's easy and fast (10-15min) to get to the Old Port. Bathrooms could do with a renovation. Overall a good stay for a business trip.

Hotel .com booked hotel. However when arrived reservation not at hotel. A very stressful night Several phone calls to resolve Hotel night manager was excellent and provided us with water and great service

Comfortable, clean hotel, nice staff, convenient location. The room was a bit small, but very comfortable. The breakfast was really good! Nightowls beware! They lock the doors at night and there is no way of entering without having the night staff open. I went exploring and returned around 2 am, I spent 40 mins calling the hotel and ringing at the parking garage before someone finally answered.

Room was okay but definitely needs a bit care however it was clean than other Ibis hotels. It has a restaurant which is very nice if you are arriving late. Although the staff very helpfull and nice, they couldn't speak English.

Staff were very good and helpful. Breakfast was tasty. Bar and restaurant we very handy on site. I would definitely stay there again.

Another way to discover Marseille and its surroindings. Ibis makes you loving it.
