Not the cleanest place outside and curb appeal is lacking. Our room was showing wear and tear on the furntiure where it shouldve been replaced long ago. The bed sheet appear to have some staining and the bathroom door knob didnt fit properly. The hole for the knob was showing at the top and wouldn't close without extra pressure. The bathroom was so small that the door swings within 1-2" from the toilet, making it difficult to step in and use the restroom or take a shower. The app isnt allowing tovadd photos to show these experiences.

The mini fridge froze. Everything, the front door was bent, and didn’t close properly, The hairdryer didn’t work, the television did not receive any local channels at all. So we couldn’t even watch the news or weather forecast.

I was charged a pet deposit despite not traveling with an animal. We repeatedly told the front desk that we did not have a dog, and they said they needed to charge us the $80 deposit since we were staying in a pet designated room (????). We were assured that we would receive the deposit back. We didn’t. We received $50 back from the $80. Considering that upon check in, the front desk clerk made it a point to say “I own this hotel so you can’t even contact corporate about me” , even though we never said anything to warrant such a statement. After that was said, we kinda figured we’d be ripped off, so it was no surprise when we were. Oh well. The city was nice, the location of the property is choice (you’re about 15-20 minute from everything!) All in all, spend an extra $10 and stay across the street.
