Staff was very unfriendly and made us feel unwelcome. Many issues with the property, room had an exposed outlet, card readers on doors wouldn’t work half the time or the door would get stuck in the jam if the card reader did work. There is no working phone in the office so there is no way to get in touch with the property unless you physically show up to the property and speak to someone in person. Nothing about this property is guest friendly, it is like they want to provide the least amount of amenities and security for guests while making sure they get every penny. Our room keys were deactivated more than once causing us to have to go to the office to get them reactivated. Would not recommend staying here unless in a state of desperation.

Considering that I spent five nights there with a dog, I found the staff wonderfully accommodating. Little problems were addressed immediately, I had all the amenities I needed and had a comfortable, quiet stay.

Bugs, stained tub, used toilet paper roll when we first checked in, broken toilet bowl, fridge wasn’t working, someone tried to come into our room in the middle of the night.. awesome 👍

Bed bugs. Front staff said first two floors were "closed for renovation." There were no construction trucks. The lot was nearly empty. The allergic reaction I am having right now indicates an advanced infestation. It is just not worth it.

Our room was infested with roaches. We left 1.5 hours into the stay and found another hotel. Reported to the health department who visited and confirmed the infestation. Requested a refund but haven't heard anything.

I could have given this an extra star but they did me wrong right from the beginning. I have mobility issues so when at a motel I always ask for a downstairs room so it’s easy to pack and unpack during my stay. Tonite I was a senior woman traveling alone. The large motel, with around 120 rooms on 3 floors, had EIGHT cars in the parking lot at 7pm. But they somehow had NO rooms on the first floor. Or near the office. Which was complete BS. So the facts that the room was a bit dirty and the elevator buttons don’t light up so I don’t know if it’s going to go at all and the elevator is in a dark passageway and there’s no breakfast and no coffee in room and no Kleenex and no microwave and the remote to the tv only worked rarely and the parking lot was still icy where people had to walk around their cars all became BIG issues instead of small annoyances. I needed to get to my truck at 1:30am and not only was the outside hall completely pitch black, the elevator did not work at all! The heater/ac made a loud click, once every second, ALL NITE LONG! And it took 4-5 tries every time to get the door handle to open. I told the front desk lady when I checked out and her reply was, “Yeah, well” followed by a shoulder shrug. She swore the elevator had just passed inspection but they keep the paperwork in the office instead of in the elevator. I’m calling Code Compliance tomorrow. Red Roof Inn has lost a lot of my confidence and loyalty after this visit.

The bathtub was such a terrible design. It was angled poorly and I nearly slipped twice and almost broke my neck. There was also no body wash or hand soap, so that was gross. We felt like we couldn’t wait to leave and get as far away as we could on a 1/4 tank of gas.

The room was dirty and outdated. There was ONE hand towel, nothing else. On the bedcover, there was a human hair, an eyelash and a PUBIC hair! DO NOT go to this hotel.

Hotel situé proche de l’aéroport, quelques options de restauration à proximité (Mc Donalds, Denys) et un Walmart à 10min de voiture. Parking gratuit, pas de petit déjeuner mais café gratuit le matin à la réception. Accueil rapide, personnel sympathique. Malheureusement, la chambre n’était pas très propre (nombreuses traces sur la literie, murs sales…), les distributeurs de savon et shampoing étaient vides… Le pire est à venir, âmes sensibles d’astenir… J’ai arreté de compter à 15 le nombre de cafards que j’ai tué, la chambre en été infestée… Innadmissible pour n’importe quel hôtel qu’il soit de luxe ou simplement un motel… La chambre était la 315, j’espère que le necessaire sera fait pour que cela ne se reproduise pas pour d’autres clients… La literie était confortable (il n’y avait pas de cafard dans le lit, seulement sur les murs et les meubles, heureusement…). Le wifi est fonctionnel. Ca n’est pas ma première visite dans un RED ROOF INN mais je suis vraiment déçu du manque d’entretien et d’hygiène…

Had some crackers in a bag my son was eating from and I found a bug crawling into it… possibly an ant? I just closed the bag and threw it out. My only complaint would be the pillows. Extremely flat - 2 on top of each other barely equaled a normal size pillow.

Reserved for a week for 2. 1st room had an inoperable door lock with no security latch. Not immediately repaired. 2nd room had no water at the lavoratory with parts on the floor. 3rd (and final) room had a faulty toilet tank level valve which was repaired quickly.. Manager agreed to a partial refund but travelocity was unable to reach to verify and therefo re subsequently no refund was issued. Obviously, i can't recommend this facility nor travelocity for any future relations. PS: towels for the 2nd guest were extra $.
