Our friend made the reservations and she said that William the manager was excellent because she accidentally booked two twins instead of two doubles so I appreciate William too for the accommodations.

William, the manager of the extended stay America hotel was absolutely above and beyond courteous, accommodating, and empathetic. One of the best hotel managers I have ever communicated with. I would recommend this hospitality hotel to anyone at any time as long as William is still the manager lol

When we stepped in the room, it smelled like weed/cigarettes. There were no pots and pans to cook, so we had to buy our own because when we asked the front desk they had the audacity to say we would have to pay $40 for pots and pans, etc. The refrigerator was chipped as well as the microwave on the inside. Someone even spilled beer in the elevator. I would never stay here again.

This is a bottom-tier hotel. It is nothing like other Extended Stay hotels that I've stayed at. Besides being a very "tired" property, this one doesn't offer any kitchen supplies (as is usually done at an Extended Stay hotel). I was told that they haven't for over 2 years.

I found that the property was very clean from the moment I arrived. I continued to see faculty working staff was helpful. It was nice going into my room and actually smelling how clean it was. You don’t often get that and I am very much appreciated it and the pricing is extremely reasonable.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon booking, I was aware of the lobby hours and proactively informed the hotel that I would be arriving outside those hours. Despite providing notice, no arrangements were made, and I arrived to find no staff present. When I called the service number provided, my frustration grew. My first attempt resulted in being hung up on. On the second call, I was given another number to try. The third time, I was placed on hold while a group of people next to me were also unsuccessfully attempting to get assistance. Finally, on my fourth attempt, I was told a clerk would arrive in 30 to 40 minutes. During this entire ordeal, there were no recommendations or clear instructions on what to do in such situations. It's unacceptable for a hotel to fail to accommodate guests who notify them in advance of a late arrival. Reliable customer service is essential, especially for travelers who may have no other options upon arrival. I sincerely hope the hotel addresses its staffing issues and ensures a more seamless experience for future guests. I cannot recommend this hotel to others based on my experience. The lack of accountability and poor service made my stay incredibly frustrating and inconvenient.

House keeping only came to our room once and then said we had a do not disturb sign on our door so they didn't come in, and there was no do not disturb sign on our door, they failed to do their job or let us know so we had to deal with the consequences and leave, very inconvenient.
