Nice overnight stay. Limited options for dining in the hotel, but the mall is accross the road, as well as some restaurants close by

My stay was very good. Wonderful, helpful staff. Being an American with knowing little conversational spanish, they were very gracious. Entire place was very clean and the showers work very well. Continental breakfast was very good. Everything stocked continually and clean.

La ubicación excelente a 8 minutos en carro y 20 caminando del aeropuerto. La zona súper tranquila y ubicado al frente del mall más grande. La atención del personal es muy buena, muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar. Las habitaciones son super cómodas con aire acondicionado y Netflix. El desayuno con buena variedad. Las instalaciones súper limpias y bien mantenidas.

Clean and well maintained.

Feels like a Holiday Inn Express in the US, but with better service. They had the best free breakfast I have ever had at a hotel, and they have hot food available in the evenings.

Best beds and sheets and air conditioner

Holiday Inn have never disappoint. It’s pretty basic but it has everything needed. Best beds, sheets and it has air conditioner. I’ve been staying there for 3 years, every time I travel to Chile from the USA and I will continue to choose Holiday Inn.

Good hotel in excellent location for airport

Good one-night stay. The room was spacious and comfortable for the four of us (including to children). Filter coffee maker provided in the room totall pointless, since no filters or coffee were provided and only one disposable cup. Check-in was terribly slow, with only one person manning the front desk. Despite the fact that we had been waiting for 15 minutes, she decided to help a guest, who hadn't been waiting more that a minute, check out first. Breakfast was ok but totally environmentally UNFRIENDLY! Too much plastic, throw-away cutlery and disposable cups, presumably all in the name of COVID...

The Hotel is a bit outside of the city center but, but close to other amenities like a Mall, and various restaurants.

Very nice hotel conveniently located closed to great restaurants and the airport. Nice service.

Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is real close to the mall. Only feedback I have is for the fitness room: at the time of the review, the fitness room has a handful of cardio machines and dumbells going up to 5lbs--that's about it. Itd be nice to include more options outside of cardio. All in all, I would recommend to anyone looking for a holiday Inn express experience, and I'll be booking with them again next time I visit Concepcion.
