Clean rooms

Not too good not too bad. But more bad than good. Rooms say smoke free but they still have an order to it. Rooms look clean but don’t feel clean.

Good for me as it was a close to exit off highway for a quick sleep and return to my drive.

It just an over night stay

The lady at front desk was very nice,

I needed this stay because I’m getting work done to my house. I had the first room it smelled like pets strong and toilet handle u had to hold down to flush multiple times. Got another room same issue. Little baby ant in the bathroom. Bad was sunken in and a little hair strained in bathroom

Honestly, the rooms we got were really nice and updated and the price we got them for was unbeatable. The staff was really nice as well. Would definitely stay here again.

It is necessary for me to stay, at Erie hotel's on a regular basis. As indicated in prior reviews, I most always choose this property. The front desk staff is amazing, and housekeeping is second to none. The guest rooms are clean, spacious, and come with all the basic necessities. I can not recommend this property enough.

Terrible. Worst place I have ever stayed. The beds were so bad they were sinking in the middle and about an inch thick. The room was so dirty and smelled like smoke so bad. The coffee maker had mold in it. When we left we went to a new hotel and showered cause we all felt so dirty. GROSS

The room was not cleaned or stocked properly. I had a bunch of Q-tips, cigarette butts and even a red pepper right outside my front door.

To of a deposit

I was unable to receive any hep whatsoever on a refund so basically they stole from me for a room I booked that I never even spent the night in all I did was want to cancel and received no help whatsoever so rude the workers are horrible and rude would never recommend anybody going to that hospital

The room was very small for one with a king size bed. The bathroom was very small. Although you could see updates were made to the place, the entrance door had a gap where the wind and snow was coming through. There was only towels for one guest although we registered with two. The parking lot had a large hole where they put an ashtray container and a cone to keep people from going in the hole, but it took up the main driveway and created a smaller amount of parking spaces. The snow was not removed well, this also reduced the number of useable spaces. There didn't seem to be anyone that was tasked with cleaning up the snow and slush from the walk ways which could create a slip and fall hazard. Had our stay been for longer, we would have left our key and went to another better hotel.
